We had a lovely stay. A great base for our weekend in York. The place had everything we needed and the breakfast was really nice too. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again. Thanks Simon and Danielle!

We had a lovely stay at Oliver farm! It was exactly as the photos, very clean, with plenty of toys and games for the kids, which we found a nice touch. It was very easy to find, located in a beautiful, quiet no through lane. Close to foot paths, a tea room. It is also close Askam bar park and ride for trips to York. I would highly recommend Oliver farm and I hope to be back soon, Thank you for a lovely stay.

It was a great place to stay. We were visiting friends and family in the area and especially loved visiting Booths nearby. Next time we visit we'll just do our food shop there! 😂 For me it was very handy having a riser recliner chair and wet room. Both of the hosts were very friendly and easy to get on with. That added to spotless facilities made a great time to be had! Thanks to both. 😍

Pauline and Graham were truly awesome hosts. A warm couple who are passionate about the home and family and who were so welcoming. The kennel offers more than enough space, was pristine throughout and beautifully decorated. We loved our stay at the kennel, pity we did not travel with our dogs as we know they would also have been welcome! Graham we also loved your beautiful garden. Thank you for the tour !

Jasper is a wonderful host with a beautiful place! We could not have asked for more or been more comfortable at this location. You can tell that he puts his heart and soul into this place. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the local area. Thank you Jasper, you were fantastic!

Alf's a superb host with a beautiful and spotlessly clean property overlooking a peaceful green garden surrounded by tall trees. I fell asleep listening to foxes barking in the fields, and woke up to the sound of birds in the trees. Most of South Yorkshire is within a 45 minute drive, and you're less than 10 minutes' drive from the new park and ride for the tram into Sheffield. Would definitely want to stay again.

Host was absolutely lovely to talk to, came here with my girlfriend for her 21st birthday. The views were definitely the best I’ve had from my visits. Beautiful wildlife especially with the spring weather. This family has worked really hard to create a nice family environment and it shows. Inside the stay was a book showing their journey and they’re still working hard. Despite being attached to the home our room and bar felt very private and we felt very comfortable. We’re not big drinkers but the honesty bar is fairly priced and a welcome addition to the stay. Thank you both and congratulations on the hard work.

Lovely place to stay. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings House was better than it looked in the photos. Good communication with the host to make for a comfortable and homely stay. Would definitely stay again.

The accommodation was just lovely. extremely clean and comfortable and in a very peaceful setting. Everything was perfect.

Suzanne was a lovely host who made us feel very welcome. The accommodation was perfect. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were on the Emmerdale Tour, which was only about a 10 min drive and there were a couple of good restaurants just a shirt walk away. The area itself was lovely and peaceful and very leafy. The only negative was that we didn't have long enough to enjoy it more . Thank you Suzanne for your hospitality and hope to see you again at some point in the future. Tracey.

The place was lovely and cosy for the evening. The best part was actually the garden with the egg chair, the zen garden and the water feature. It was so relaxing I could have sat there all night. Would definitely stay again.

Had a lovely stay with Linda. Extremely comfortable with everything provided for our stay including breakfast. Four pubs in the village all serving food, excellent meal in The Swan Handy Co-op store which we also used, taking advantage to eat outside in the garden at Linda’s as we were fortunate with the weather. Lots of amazing walks from Addingham so no need to use the car during your stay. Will definitely return.

Good sized room with patio doors opening on to the garden. Tea, coffee, biscuits and fruit were provided as well as plates and bowls. Chris was a friendly host and everything was as described.

An absolute delight for a five night stay. Exactly as advertised. Ilkley walkable which was great. Jonathan and his partner were lovely friendly hosts. The pretty garden that we were able to sit out in was an added and unexpected bonus. Highly recommend 🙂

Helen was very accomodating, as this was a booking for my relatives to stay whilst attending my wedding, I live around the corner and I didn't have room for them to stay over. I would have no hesitation in recommending this location and often do. Thanks Sue

Lovely little stay. It was quite remote is my only feedback but otherwise everything was fantastic. Host responsive, space idyllic and roomy. Loved the little courtyard area too just a shame there weren’t more mapped walks to follow as I’d have liked to have done more on the last day but hey. No fault of the host or the venue

The room we had was lovely and everything as described. The host Jamal was lovely and friendly. We were early in and the room wasn’t ready but we could leave our bags so we could go out without big backpacks on which made the day much better. We really enjoyed our stay and if in the area again, would stay here 😊 Thank you!
