Restaurants and bars are just downstairs but if you like something really special, try our Cooking Class or our Italian Family Dinner !

The apartment "le antiche mura" is located in a historic building of medieval origin in one of the most picturesque corners of the city. Inside, you can still see the path of the old defensive walls. Another valuable detail is a beautiful exposed column in the center of the living room. Located on the second floor with an elevator, the 93 sqm accommodation is comfortable and the large windows provide brightness and excellent views of the square. Nice, comfortable and well-equipped studio at the ground floor of a villa, beside a wide garden with trees. Internal parking just in front of the studio. Quiet and residential neighbourood in Santa Marinella close to the sea. The nearest beach is 350 metres far. Rome is 60 Km away, and is easy to reach by train. The Santa Marinella station is 700 metres far from the studio, and the fastest trains bring you very close to the Vatican in 35 minutes, and to the centre of Rome in 45 minutes.

Open space composed of a double bedroom, small living room with sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen and a 120 m2 terrace with a splendid view of the sea and the city. It is located a few steps from the railway station and is about 300 meters from the port. The apartment is not accessible to people with mobility difficulties, the building has a lift up to the 12th floor, the 13th floor is accessible only by stairs.

Although we were only there one night, I would highly recommend to others. It is well situated with restaurants all around and close to the port if you are going on a cruise. It had a well equipped kitchen and the bed was very comfortable. Orazio is very friendly and welcoming.

I cannot say enough great things about Francesca’s place!! Super clean, modern, and close to the supermarket! Less than 10 minutes from the cruise port and train station. Host even picked us up from the cruise port and brought us to her place. She also arranged for us to be dropped off at the train station at the end of our stay. Cannot say enough great things!!

Delightful apartment! We loved the convenience of being right on 'main street', with restaurants within walking distance. Although we were in the middle of 'main street' it was pretty quiet! There was a grocery store just 2 blocks away! The apartment was light and airy and we never turned on the A/C. Kitchen has all you need, although we never cooked, just reheated. Bathrooms perfect and showers were great with good water pressure. Internet was fast, we never used the TV so can't comment. We would definitely stay again!
