The treatment is good and the house is beautiful

We had a great stay at Valentina’s apartment. We stayed for 1 week. It was exactly as described and as in the photos. The apartment was very clean and everything you need is there for your entire stay. The furnishings are very comfortable and lots of choices for sitting. The view from the living room window was stunning, day and night. The bed was comfortable for a good nights sleep. Valentina communicated very well with us before, during and after. She even allowed us to check in earlier and met us in the piazza to take us to the apartment. She explained everything to us and later sent further information about how to get to the lake, restaurants and other attractions to visit. The information was very useful. The last part-the roof top terrace was very well used by us everyday. Amazing views. Would recommend.

So convenient for a one night stay before a cruise. The apartment is clean and close to the cruise terminal shuttles.

Everything was great , we will be happy to come and spend the night next time too.

Alex's apartment is extremely comfortable, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a nice sitting/dining room and three terraces on two levels. The photos are very accurate. To enjoy breakfast outside was a real pleasure each morning. The beds were very comfortable, and two shower rooms recently renovated. There was plenty of space for four adults. We knew the area from prior visits, and it is a little removed from the beaches of Santa Severa, being located in a typical residential zone. On-street parking was always available, and the building felt secure. For us, it was an excellent base to visit local friends and travel by train into Rome from the nearby rail station. Alex is extremely helpful and very communicative. We did not have the opportunity to meet, though she was responsive at all times. We would definitely return.

Spacious and comfortable apartment. Top location just steps from the sea. Also convenient for walking to numerous bars and restaurants. Accurate and punctual communication and directions. Recommended.

Very helpful especially during train strike picking us up from the station. Beers and water in the fridge very welcome. Apartment is close to train station and only one street back from lovely sea walks, so very convenient. Thanks very much Monica and Stefano 😍

Andrea was an excellent host! Right off the bat he was so accommodating and welcoming from booking to check-out. The location is wonderful and the apartment is exactly as pictured. He welcomed us to the apartment at check-in and provided recommendations for food and other services in the area. We loved our stay here and highly recommend!

Very great location. Lots of stairs pack light. Not the cleanest. Organized but not clean, floors were not mopped. Kitchen was not cleaned. Oven was very dirty. Needs new appliances. For the price we were expecting better. Was very responsive, allowed us to get more towels. Towels were clean!! We were able to drop off luggage earlier! But no later checkout even 30 min. Cleaning lady was at our door @ 10am. And owner calling at 10:15 to get out.

Cristiana and her marito were incredibly hospitable. They showed us where to park free near their place, what restaurants were best and how to get to our next destination. I would do it all again. Felt like family!!

Beautiful accommodation! It was an excellent experience. The apartment has amenities and hospitality details that add quality and warmth to the stay. The view of the lake is very beautiful. It is on a quiet street, it is a very nice area for walking, and there are supermarkets and shops a few blocks away. If you are searching for an amazing place to book in Rome…you can stop the search…you found it. If I could give 6 stars I would Very rare to have a one bedroom with a large, bed, a spacious kitchen and comfortable sitting area; and that is before the amazing roof top patio. A great place to have breakfast to start the day and drinks and snacks in the evening. At night the bedroom is quiet, as it is located in the back. You are located in a beautiful tree lined neighbourhood, full of shops, restaurants. An oasis after a visit to many of the crowded sites. I went to Rome to see the sites, not expecting Traverses to be one of them. Definitely made our trip to Rome special

Victoria was amazing. She was super proactive and accessible. She helped us to navigate around the lake and gave restaurant recommendations and assistance with reservations.

It was really good place to be. There was everything what to need, and the beach was very close.

Perfect stay with romantic jacuzzi! We stayed in this property and we really enjoyed ourselves. The house is very clean and well cared for, with a welcoming atmosphere. The hot tub was the highlight: spacious, well-functioning and incredibly relaxing, perfect for a moment of pampering. The adjustable TV is also adorable, comfortable both from the bed and from the bathtub, ideal for movie nights without sacrificing comfort. The balcony was a pleasant surprise, especially for those who love a cigarette break without having to go downstairs. The bed was very comfortable and the parking was easy to find. Highly recommended for couples looking for relaxation and a touch of romance! We will definitely be back. 🌟

My mom had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly kind and accommodating—she felt very welcomed from the start. Everything was explained clearly, which made her stay easy and comfortable. The location was also perfect, close to everything she needed. Overall, the hosts were truly lovely and made her feel right at home. We’re very grateful and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Beautiful apartment, well appointed with everything needed for our 7 day stay. Great location, walked to Pantheon, Trevi Fountain,Colosseum, Forum, and Capitoline Museums. Taxi Stand 200 meters from apartment ( Vatican & Museums) Many cafes’ and eateries and shops. Mergarita was most helpful in dining recommendations and even found us a reservation for a Mother’s Day dinner on short notice! The best experience!

This was an OUTSTANDING stay, and I cannot wait to come back!!! After staying here, I will never stay in a different area when returning. The apartment was absolutely pristine. Very luxurious and quiet, yet right in the center of the Roma experience!!! I definitely hope to return! I couldn’t have loved it more. We were also fortunate enough to get early check-in! Lovely room, perfect for us, great location. Plenty of restaurants and places to go around the area and walking distance of anywhere you want to go in Rome really. Really comfortable bed and jacuzzi was a lively feature to have in the bedroom. The view from the apartment is beautiful especially at sunset.

Excellent penthouse apartment, beautifully furnished with an amazing large terrace that offers peaceful rooftop views over Rome. The location is perfect for exploring the Colosseum area as it’s only a 5 min walk. The apartment is also beside the Cavour underground train station which makes connections and travel around Rome really simple. We will certainly like to book again next time we visit Rome. Alberto and the host team is extremely responsive and helpful making the experience seamless.
