Therese was very prompt with her communication. She welcomed us into her lovely property and explained everything we needed to know. This location was perfect for walking around the town. We felt at home and a bit like locals. She has great air conditioning as well. I highly recommend Therese’s place. Although we don’t speak each other’s language, she speaks beautiful French.

Michael was a wonderful host, and the apartment was everything we hoped for. Regarding the apartment, the location was fantastic with glorious balcony views of the Colosseum, Forum, and more. Walking distance to many great places to eat, get gelato, and explore several tourist sites, and a convenient launching point for farther excursions. The apartment was clean and in good condition. As a host, Michael can’t be beat. He reached out as soon as we booked and provided local recommendations, several of which we later tried out with great results. He was communicative prior to our stay, and once we arrived he met us at the apartment to show us how everything worked and answer any questions. Michael was quick to answer any questions we sent his way during our stay, and even provided several additional recommendations when we mentioned how much we like gelato! All in all, we had a great trip to Rome, and Michael was a big reason we enjoyed it so much!

Exactly like the photos. In a lovely area. Tram 3 minutes walk away into central rome. Host gave us lots of things to do in the area. Ordered us a taxi to meet at the airport. Would definitely stay again.

Cannot recommend this spot more for your trip to Rome. We absolutely loved it. The location, right by the pantheon (and All'Antico Vinaio sandwiches) is absolutely ideal. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and quiet. We had seen prior reviews about noise levels and did not find it to be loud at all. Similarly, some prior reviews said access was difficult - it is not. We received very clear instructions about how to enter the apartment, and were even able to drop our bags ahead of check in so that we could explore without our luggage. Communication was helpful, proactive, and prompt. Can't imagine a better stay for in Rome!

Great stay. Conveniently located above a nice selection of restaurants. The folks in the restaurants were very friendly and served very good food and wine. Easy, short walk to train station, port terminals, and beach.

Great place. Paola was friendly, always responsive and accommodating. Her son helped us older couple with our luggage. Lots of food places nearby. Enjoyed our stay.

This place was a gem. To be this close to the Coloseum makes one feel like a true Roman. 24hr grocery a few feet away, tons of great food just a walk away into the Monti neighborhood, close to a metro, pharmacy at end of street, and AMAZING Air Conditioning in the bedrooms. You will not melt. One floor up with a lift for luggage. Plus Massimo is communicative, kind, and checked in on us. If you want location as your primary quality, look no more!

The apartment is wonderfully located - lovely area and well within walking distance of the main sights. The terrace is delightful - especially for early morning coffee and late afternoon sundowners!

Great stay in Rome! The place is very big and comfortable. Even has a small balcony for some relaxing breakfasts. Would definitely stay here again! Keep in mind that the place is in an ZTL zone, important if you are driving.

I can’t express how much of a hidden gem this place is. I absolutely loved staying here and it’s so well thought out. It’s in such a great location. It’s a quiet neighborhood and i felt so safe. If i could stay longer, this would be the place. The hosts were so tentative and very welcoming. I also reserved a pickup to the airport and it made me feel so much better. Great place in the heart of a busy neighborhood. Everything was perfectly walkable, with restaurants and bars right downstairs. Apartment was relatively quiet at night. Good AC! Clear and quick communication with the host.

We had a wonderful stay for the weekend at Catharines apartment. It was a little rocky at the start from unclear messages, my email instructed us to go to the apartment but other guests were still checking out so we ended up having to leave our luggage in the business office across the street. Fair warning if you pack a lot (I’m a terrible overpacker) the road can be tough with luggage and there are about 20 or so steps to get into the building, then a small older elevator, and then you walk the last flight to the top floor. Once you’re in the apartment it’s beautiful scenery and overlook the basilica. We loved the quick walk and semi quiet neighborhood. Rome is a very busy city but we felt very relaxed enjoying our evenings at the apartment. Catharine gave us our first Italian espresso and croissant, and then left a bottle of prosecco for us to enjoy as well. Overall wonderful stay!

Our stay in Svilena’s home was heavenly! Such a well thought out and welcoming place. Only a short walk to the hustle and bustle and crowds of the Spanish Steps. Wonderful to return to the beautiful, tranquil, carefully curated space that she has created. We feel extremely fortunate to have been able to stay in her home and hope to return one day.

Beautiful place! Super cozy and clean apartment! Anna welcomed us with a welcome basket with some products from the farm. Always clean pool, well-kept lawn. We ate eggs from his hens and zucchini from his garden. 5 minutes away, a well-stocked coop for any need. We woke up to the sound of birds... a truly relaxing and regenerating weekend. We will definitely be back!!!

As always this is our favourite Airbnb! Antonino is the best host and the apartment has everything you need and more. Location is perfect with 10 Minute walk to the beach, two supermarkets literally around the corner, bike rental vis a vis. It cannot get much better than this!

Paola is an exceptional host, kind, helpful, friendly and always available for whatever you need. the place is a coastal town to stay, the tranquility of the place to relax is excellent. supermarket nearby, super-equipped kitchen, utensils so you can cook whatever you want, excellent cleanliness. absolutely recommended for those who want to relax and tranquility.

I highly recommend staying here!! Walkable to so many landmarks, restaurants and markets. Spacious apartment with a pool that was super private which helped with the afternoon heat! Mark sends loads of wonderful local recommendations and always responded promptly to any messages I sent. Would definitely stay here again!
