Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Civitella in Val di Chiana

We stayed a few days in this beautiful house nestled in the Tuscan hills. Curated, with a beautiful garden. Has everything you need. Great strategic location both for being in tranquility and for visiting nearby cities, Arezzo, Siena, and Florence. The hosts were very friendly and friendly.

We loved the villa. It was private and had an incredible setting. Ivan was very responsive and incredibly helpful in suggesting restaurants and other activities. The only issue we had was finding the unit when we arrived. It was a little confusing at first to find our way to the villa.

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

Very peaceful and beautiful views from the rooms. Raffaella’s breakfast was very good and much appreciated! She gave amazing local food recommendations that are walkable from her house. She also helped us find parking in the city of Florence!

The house is located on Chianti which views to vineyard and olive yard, the most beautiful view for an airbnb. Everything is fully furnished, a lot of welcome foods and drinks. The hosts give clearly instruction and very responsive. It was a wonderful time spending our holiday there.

The house is beautiful and unlike anything else. What made the experience amazing was one of the hosts, Daniela. Daniela greeted us upon check in, walked us around the house and went above and beyond and booked us a wine tour where he graciously translated everything in English during the entire experience. Daniela made the place feel like home and I couldn’t recommend him and the experience he provides more.

I truly enjoyed my stay here! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as shown in the photos. The best part was the host – so kind, warm, and welcoming! They made sure I had everything I needed and were always just a message away. 😊 Just something to note for future guests: the house is quite remote and up a hill, with no nearby neighbors. It can feel a little quiet. if you're not used to that kind of setting. But if you're looking for peace, privacy, and a break from the busy world, this is the perfect escape. We spent a week in this house and were completely satisfied. The location is quiet and idyllic, with a wide view of the Tuscan landscape - a real highlight, especially from the infinity pool. The pool is very well maintained and offers enough space for swimming and relaxing. The house is clean, well equipped and tastefully furnished – modern. Kitchen, bathroom and bedroom were in perfect condition. The hostess was very friendly, easily accessible and responded quickly to questions. The check-in went smoothly, all important information was provided in advance. Feel free to come back anytime!

We immediately loved our place. Serena's house is located on a very large property surrounded by beautiful trees, an exceptionally beautiful terrace with deck chairs, a large dining table and an oak tree that provides shade. The property is very well maintained and laid out with a lot of respect for nature. From the house you can start hiking directly, Serena's husband knows his way around and can give great hiking tips. If you drive only a few kilometers, you are already at an altitude of over 1000m. Even when it is very hot, you can go on great hikes from there in pleasant temperatures, which have always inspired us. The apartment, a former stable, has been designed with a lot of love and taste. We felt like at home from the first moment. Serena and Paolo are perfect hosts, always friendly, always available and helpful. We were there for 12 days and would have liked to stay longer. We'd love to come back. Thank you!!

Wow, what a beautiful apartment this was. Nestled in the countryside by the Tuscany/Umbria border is this gorgeous farmhouse owned by Simona and Yens and what a find it was! The rolling hills are captivating and if you want to switch off, enjoy visiting beautiful villages, eat lovely food and really rest, this is the place to do it. We were welcomed by their two friendly dogs and received lots of tips about the local area from Yens on arrival. The apartment is spacious and serene. From spending evenings on the patio eating al fresco, watching the stars or having morning swims, we had a wonderful time and would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone and everyone seeking some peace and quiet. The farmhouse is remote but it's very easy to get anywhere by car and the drives are never dull with the countryside views. It's hard to put into words how relaxing this place is and so I suggest you book and find out, you won't regret it! Thank you so much Simona and Yens!

Absolutely lovely apartment in the centre of Arezzo! Easy walking distance to everything in town & beautiful balcony to enjoy in the sun. Arezzo is gorgeous to visit and this apartment was great to come home to every night. Paola is a wonderful host, with very quick response times & the apartment is very well stocked. We loved our stay and would 100% book again

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. Friendly welcome and great communication. The place is very spacious for two people- great working air con in bedroom, coffee provided and full kitchen available (we did not cook), excellent washing machine with patio for easy drying on clothes rack. Wonderful restaurant just a couple doors down (even had gluten free for dietary restrictions), easy to walk to train and all over town. Close to beautiful park, fortress and Piazza Grande.

This is Tuscany at its finest! Our stay at Casa Bonari was perfect. The villa inside was spacious, beautiful, comfortable, and wonderfully Italian. It was equipped with everything we needed. The exterior grounds were gorgeous and the views from the property in every direction were breathtaking. We made dinner and ate on the patio - it looked like a picture from a magazine. The villa is within easy walking distance of the charming Monticchiello which has a few excellent restaurants. We enjoyed strolling the picturesque streets and the incredible views of the countryside from the village. Our hostess, Valentina, was very gracious and helpful. We enjoyed meeting some of the friendly family members. They were so kind and left us with happy memories. We highly recommend Casa Bonari and hope to visit again.

Incredible trip. Paola and Michele were so friendly and welcoming. Always there to give advice and make sure you had everything you needed. The little converted hay barn was just beautiful and lovely. Location wise it just couldn’t be beaten. The garden was amazing and we ate outside morning and night, easy access to amazing Tuscany countryside and also a short trip on the train to Florence from Montevarchi. Loved every minute we were there and we were sorry to leave. Would highly recommend.

All impeccable! Extremely kind and helpful owner: she anticipated the check-in by a few hours and allowed us to stay beyond the check-out time. He welcomed us in front of the apartment, showing us the house and giving us excellent advice for visiting the area. The house was very clean, the kitchen had everything: utensils, plates, oil, salt, coffee... it had everything! Spacious apartment, large balcony and very cozy! I will recommend this solution to all those who pass through Poggibonsi!

Excellent location in the heart of Val d Orcia. Quiet beautiful restaurants/shops and supermarkets nearby too - free parking across street and very clean rooms. excellent place to stay

Eugenia was a wonderful host - she went above and beyond to help us with our car parking. She gave a brief and welcoming orientation to the property and made us feel very welcome. I was visiting for a conference and my fiancée felt safe in the area when she was alone and very secure in the property. If you are traveling to Florence I recommend trying to avoid bringing a car - the city is better done on foot, but there are some parking garages nearby for 30-40€/ day if, like us, you arrived by car. Wonderful stay, cute apartment, great area. Enjoy!

A perfect stay in Florence. Mattia’s house is not only perfectly located with an amazing terrace but so welcoming with lovely relaxing spaces with incredible views , extremely comfortable beds, and attention to all those small details that make a stay special. We throughly enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend to others.

Brilliant Airbnb in Greve.. location superb overlooking the square. The apartment is spacious and felt like home. Wonderful restaurants to walk to and a great bakery opposite for morning coffee and pastries. Easy to park the car just a few minutes walk away. Lovely villages to explore nearby and picture perfect everywhere you look. If you come to Greve book here, relax and soak up the Italian atmosphere. Cora is a fantastic host who regularly communicates to make sure you have everything you need. 10/10 ❤️

Benedetta is an amazing and gracious host, the property was easy to locate and the room was beautiful, absolutely amazing Tuscan style with beautiful views and a private pool. She also recommended us a restaurant for dinner and that was one of the beat meals we had in Italy! 100% recommend

Maria’s place was beautiful and exactly as described! It was bigger than expected and had a cute balcony we really enjoyed spending late afternoons relaxing! We had a great time in Montepulciano, it was relaxing and slow paced after a busy few weeks before ☺️ Maria provided local recommendations and was always responsive.
