Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Civitella in Val di Chiana

Abbiamo soggiornato qualche giorno in questa splendida casa immersa tra le colline toscane. Curata, con un bellissimo giardino. Dispone di ogni cosa serva. Ottima posizione strategica sia per stare in tranquillità sia per visitare le città vicine, Arezzo, Siena, Firenze. Gli host sono stati cordialissimi e simpatici.

We loved the villa. It was private and had an incredible setting. Ivan was very responsive and incredibly helpful in suggesting restaurants and other activities. The only issue we had was finding the unit when we arrived. It was a little confusing at first to find our way to the villa.

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

Very peaceful and beautiful views from the rooms. Raffaella’s breakfast was very good and much appreciated! She gave amazing local food recommendations that are walkable from her house. She also helped us find parking in the city of Florence!

The house is located on Chianti which views to vineyard and olive yard, the most beautiful view for an airbnb. Everything is fully furnished, a lot of welcome foods and drinks. The hosts give clearly instruction and very responsive. It was a wonderful time spending our holiday there.

The house is beautiful and unlike anything else. What made the experience amazing was one of the hosts, Daniela. Daniela greeted us upon check in, walked us around the house and went above and beyond and booked us a wine tour where he graciously translated everything in English during the entire experience. Daniela made the place feel like home and I couldn’t recommend him and the experience he provides more.

Traumhafte Auszeit mit Panoramablick! Diese Airbnb-Unterkunft war ein absoluter Glücksgriff! Der Ausblick war einfach atemberaubend und hat uns jeden Morgen aufs Neue begeistert. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig – die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig und idyllisch. Die Wohnung selbst ist fantastisch ausgestattet und bietet wirklich alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünschen kann. Es war super praktisch, dass grundlegende Dinge wie Öl, Essig etc. vorhanden waren. Das spart nicht nur Geld, sondern auch den ersten Einkauf. Das einzige, was etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war, war das Bett. Aber das ist natürlich Geschmackssache und hat unsere positive Erfahrung in keiner Weise getrübt. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem Haus verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Lage ist ruhig und idyllisch, mit einem weiten Blick über die toskanische Landschaft – besonders vom Infinity Pool aus ein echtes Highlight. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und bietet genug Platz zum Schwimmen und Entspannen. Das Haus ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet – modern. Küche, Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer waren in einwandfreiem Zustand. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, gut erreichbar und hat bei Fragen schnell reagiert. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, alle wichtigen Infos wurden vorab zur Verfügung gestellt. Gerne jederzeit wieder!

Wir waren sofort begeistert von unserer Unterkunft. Das Haus von Serena liegt auf einem sehr großen Grundstück umgeben von wunderschönen Bäumen, einer außergewöhnlich schönen Terrasse mit Liegestühlen, einem großen Esstisch und einer Eiche, die Schatten spendet. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und mit viel Respekt vor der Natur angelegt. Vom Haus aus kann man direkt los wandern, der Mann von Serena kennt sich gut aus und kann tolle Wandertipps geben. Wenn man nur wenige Kilometer fährt, ist man schon auf über 1000m Höhe. Auch wenn es sehr heiß ist, kann man von dort bei angenehmen Temperaturen tolle Wanderungen machen, die uns immer wieder begeistert haben. Die Wohnung, ein ehemaliger Stall, ist mit viel Liebe und Geschmack gestaltet worden. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Serena und Paolo sind perfekte Gastgeber, immer freundlich, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir waren 12 Tage dort und wären gerne länger geblieben. Gerne kommen wir wieder zurück. Danke!!

Wow, what a beautiful apartment this was. Nestled in the countryside by the Tuscany/Umbria border is this gorgeous farmhouse owned by Simona and Yens and what a find it was! The rolling hills are captivating and if you want to switch off, enjoy visiting beautiful villages, eat lovely food and really rest, this is the place to do it. We were welcomed by their two friendly dogs and received lots of tips about the local area from Yens on arrival. The apartment is spacious and serene. From spending evenings on the patio eating al fresco, watching the stars or having morning swims, we had a wonderful time and would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone and everyone seeking some peace and quiet. The farmhouse is remote but it's very easy to get anywhere by car and the drives are never dull with the countryside views. It's hard to put into words how relaxing this place is and so I suggest you book and find out, you won't regret it! Thank you so much Simona and Yens!

Absolutely lovely apartment in the centre of Arezzo! Easy walking distance to everything in town & beautiful balcony to enjoy in the sun. Arezzo is gorgeous to visit and this apartment was great to come home to every night. Paola is a wonderful host, with very quick response times & the apartment is very well stocked. We loved our stay and would 100% book again

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. Friendly welcome and great communication. The place is very spacious for two people- great working air con in bedroom, coffee provided and full kitchen available (we did not cook), excellent washing machine with patio for easy drying on clothes rack. Wonderful restaurant just a couple doors down (even had gluten free for dietary restrictions), easy to walk to train and all over town. Close to beautiful park, fortress and Piazza Grande.

This is Tuscany at its finest! Our stay at Casa Bonari was perfect. The villa inside was spacious, beautiful, comfortable, and wonderfully Italian. It was equipped with everything we needed. The exterior grounds were gorgeous and the views from the property in every direction were breathtaking. We made dinner and ate on the patio - it looked like a picture from a magazine. The villa is within easy walking distance of the charming Monticchiello which has a few excellent restaurants. We enjoyed strolling the picturesque streets and the incredible views of the countryside from the village. Our hostess, Valentina, was very gracious and helpful. We enjoyed meeting some of the friendly family members. They were so kind and left us with happy memories. We highly recommend Casa Bonari and hope to visit again.

Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa en la Villa. Paola fue muy amable con nosotras y nos hizo sentir como en casa. La casa es bastante cómoda y pudimos disfrutar de desayunos y cenas en el jardín. También convivimos con los locales, quienes fueron muy amigables con nosotras. Sin duda, quedarme en Villa a Sesta fue una de mis partes favoritas del viaje. Volveré si tengo la oportunidad. Incredible trip. Paola and Michele were so friendly and welcoming. Always there to give advice and make sure you had everything you needed. The little converted hay barn was just beautiful and lovely. Location wise it just couldn’t be beaten. The garden was amazing and we ate outside morning and night, easy access to amazing Tuscany countryside and also a short trip on the train to Florence from Montevarchi. Loved every minute we were there and we were sorry to leave. Would highly recommend.

Tutto impeccabile! Proprietaria estremamente gentile e disponibile: ha anticipato il check-in di qualche ora e ci ha permesso di rimanere oltre l’orario di check-out. Ci ha accolti davanti all’appartamento, mostrandoci casa e dandoci ottimi consigli anche per visitare la zona. La casa era pulitissima, in cucina non mancava nulla: da utensili, piatti, olio, sale, caffe..disponeva di ogni cosa! Appartamento spazio, balcone grande e molto accogliente! Consiglierò questa soluzione a tutti quelli che passeranno per Poggibonsi!

La casa es preciosa, tiene una vista hermosa en el balcón de uno de sus cuartos. Los ambientes son cómodos, acogedores y muy limpios. Volvería a quedarme en el lugar. Yo fui en carro y se me hizo fácil moverme a los pueblitos más cercanos.

Eugenia was a wonderful host - she went above and beyond to help us with our car parking. She gave a brief and welcoming orientation to the property and made us feel very welcome. I was visiting for a conference and my fiancée felt safe in the area when she was alone and very secure in the property. If you are traveling to Florence I recommend trying to avoid bringing a car - the city is better done on foot, but there are some parking garages nearby for 30-40€/ day if, like us, you arrived by car. Wonderful stay, cute apartment, great area. Enjoy!

Mattia's place is phenomenal and the photos dont do it enough justice. The space is even more beautiful, pristine, and filled with anything you could possibly need! The views are the best as well. You get a view of the Duomo and the city with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. It's in walking distance of the Ponte Vecchio and restaurants. The biggest plus point was the washer so that we could do some laundry too.

Brilliant Airbnb in Greve.. location superb overlooking the square. The apartment is spacious and felt like home. Wonderful restaurants to walk to and a great bakery opposite for morning coffee and pastries. Easy to park the car just a few minutes walk away. Lovely villages to explore nearby and picture perfect everywhere you look. If you come to Greve book here, relax and soak up the Italian atmosphere. Cora is a fantastic host who regularly communicates to make sure you have everything you need. 10/10 ❤️

Das Ferienhaus und der Garten mit Pool ist wunderschön. Das Haus ist liebevoll im eingerichtet im Toskana Stil. Alles war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und haben in den Betten sehr gut geschlafen. Benedetta und ihr Vater sind sehr liebe und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die uns jederzeit unsere Fragen beantwortet haben und sehr gute Empfehlungen für Besichtigungen und Restaurants gegeben haben. Als unser Auto repariert werden musste ist der Vater mit uns in die Werkstatt gefahren und war bei der Übersetzung behilflich. Danke nochmals für die selbstlose Hilfe. Wir werden diesen schönen Urlaub immer als das kleine Paradies in Erinnerung behalten, das von sehr lieben Menschen geführt wird. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Maria’s place was beautiful and exactly as described! It was bigger than expected and had a cute balcony we really enjoyed spending late afternoons relaxing! We had a great time in Montepulciano, it was relaxing and slow paced after a busy few weeks before ☺️ Maria provided local recommendations and was always responsive. If you’re thinking of booking here I highly recommend!
