Living Room has 2 recliners, sofabed, and bunk beds! The kitchen has an Island for eating and making breakfast. Use the Keurig to make your morning coffee & sit in the beautiful sunroom with gas fireplace overlooking the river! The Patio just steps from the river has a fire pit and rocking chairs! Enjoy our Happy Place!

Wake up to gorgeous sunrises and watch the sunset while swimming in the pool or soaking in the hot tub. This home is 5 minutes from downtown and has an easy paved but steep driveway. It has all the amenities one could wish for when thinking of a mountain getaway. The hot tub is open year around. The pool closes in Winter.

We have a natural swimming hole with a constant running flow of mountain spring water (it gets its blue tint from the spring minerals).
