Monthly Rentals in Clear Creek

Of all the shared houses I’ve stayed at this is probably the cleanest. Has part to do with what other guests are staying there but the hosts do a great job of keeping this place clean! Especially the kitchen which is typically problematic in a lot of shared spaces. Al was a great communicator and always quick to respond. Great value and location as well. Highly recommend and will look to book again next time in Charlotte

I would come back again if I am in the same location. Very clean and comfortable, quiet and peaceful. If I am in the same location, I would come back to visit and book the sameAirbnb. Very helpful when I asked to do anything concerning there Airbnb. Overall great people too come in contact with. My experience was fantastic and wonderful. Beautiful location. Everything is as described and pictured. Quiet. I would stay again.

The space was beautiful and looked just like the pictures! Tastefully decorated and thoughtful furniture placement with tables/lamps/etc. The kitchen was small but mighty! Fully stocked and had everything you’d need to cook a meal! Plenty of silverware and tableware, including plastic bowls and plates for kids! The coffee and cookies were a wonderful touch! The only thing to note is regarding accessibility. The only way to access the floors are with very narrow spiral stairs. Those with young children or limited mobility may have difficulty accessing all parts of the home. You can walk/drive around out back, but it would not be convenient. There is one half bath on the main middle floor and a full bathroom downstairs. The full bathroom could also benefit from a handheld shower head for those with limited mobility as well as showering young children. We did not venture out to the outdoor spaces much, but the inside was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!
