Well situated, close to Le Parc des Buttes Chaumont, Belleville and le Canal Saint Martin (5 minutes walking), you can easily reach using subway: Le Parc de la Villette, Montmartre, Le Père Lachaise, Châtelet, La Seine within 15 minutes and Les Champs Elysées, la Place de l'Opéra, la Place de la Bastille etc.... within 30 minutes. There is so much to do and so many must see sites in Paris ! I’ll be delighted to suggest you some tours. The Painter's House - BED & BREAKFAST

All the second floor is for the gests (55m²) : you can live in a place almost independant ... including 1 room with one double bed (or 2 individual beds) and private bathroom, and 1 artist studio transormed into livingroom with one bed for another guest (+ 50€).The bathroom is shared. Breakfast is served downstairs, in the morning at the requested time and is included in the price of the room. The hosts Erik and Dominique live on the second floor.
