House holiday rentals in Cocoa Beach

The home was beautifully decorated. You can tell they care and do upgrades. Then bonus room is a little outdated, but it was closed off from the main area with French doors. You could easily open it for added space if you have a large family gathering. Great place for kids to hang out. Ping pong table was a hit. Washer and dryer worked great. Bedrooms were nice. Beds were comfortable. The master on suite. Well i don’t want to ruin the surprise or the laughs, It is one of those scratch my head and laugh. The shower was wonderful lots of hot water. We would definitely book again. Due to storms we could not use the pool but it was clean and well kept.

We loved our stay everything about it was great. The house was perfect for our family of eight. We could easily walk to the beach multiple times a day and the pool was also nice when the kids were tired of the beach.

Lovely home that felt and looked very clean, had everything we needed to feel at home, away from home. Stephanie was very responsive and very courteous. We had several last minute requests and she was not only accommodating but very kind and easy to work with. Would absolutely stay here again!

Loved this space. Drake was an excellent host and very responsive. He went above and beyond to take care of a minor concern, and we appreciated it very much. He’s amazing! The pool and home was very clean and spacious. Convenient to stores, restaurants and the beach. I loved having my morning coffee in the pool area while listening to and viewing the birds. So relaxing. The bed and pillows in the master bedroom were also very comfortable. I slept so well. I assume the other beds are just as comfortable as there were no complaints. My family enjoyed this space very much. Would definitely stay here again, and I recommend it.

This house was perfect! Close enough to walk to the beach, but also very private on a nice street of other nice homes. The garage was packed full of so many things you could use, like chairs, games, and bikes, we didn’t have to bring as many things as we normally would for a beach trip. The house was very clean, and everything worked perfectly. We all agreed that we would come back to this house in the future, as it kind of turned into what we would hope to purchase one day in the future. Absolutely perfect home, with a perfect location, and a pool of course! 10/10, would live here if we could!

My wife, 3 pups and I had a great relaxing stay. Larger than expected backyard, great pool and outdoor area as well as incredible convenience to what felt like a private beach — rode bikes to the beach one day, drove 3 mins and parked all other days. AM Walks on the beach, convenience to groceries, shopping and any restaurant the area has to offer as well as quiet area … made this a perfect, flexible location for us. Terese provided recommendations and was very responsive to any questions we had. If in the area again, we will look to reserve again!

This booking is absolutely worth every penny. We were fortunate enough to have an early check in and late check out.The reviews don’t lie, this home is well maintained, meticulously cleaned and thought out. The host stocked shampoo conditioner and body wash in the showers. We had three children with us aged 9 to 3 and they had the time of their lives. There is plenty of room for everyone there were 12 of us and we didn’t feel on top of each other. The kitchens are stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal. The outside bar and grill are awesome. The host is very accommodating (The only thing I will say which does not by any means reflect the host as this isn’t anything they can control) is the mosquitoes at night in the back are bad but that’s normal for Florida. We bought a mosquito fogger and fogged the back at dusk before we hung out and were fine. Again, has nothing to do with the host more of a heads up to plan for a Florida environment. Cannot say enough good things about this Airbnb! Private, yet feels close to everything. We walked to the beach, restaurants and mini-putt and made good use of the bikes, boogie boards and beach gear. The backyard is gorgeous and the house is immaculate with beautiful touches. Lots of towels, fresh linens and comfortable living room. Amanda was great to deal with - she offered us an early check-in and reached out to make sure we knew about a cool local event happening. Our first trip to Cocoa Beach and we loved it! Thanks for the great stay :)

We had a wonderful stay at Ben’s place. It was exactly as described. It was comfortable, clean and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was gorgeous. The pool was very nice. The kids had fun with the games, puzzles and ping pong table. We had bikes and plenty of beach chairs, towels and toys. Perfect accommodations. Ben worked with us to fix our reservation when we mistakenly canceled it at the last moment. His help was invaluable. Highest of recommendations!

We had a wonderful time. The place was very cozy, and we felt right at home. Everything we needed was spelled out in a book or sent to me ahead of time, so I never had to reach out. It was quiet and private, yet it was close enough to restaurants and downtown that we could easily walk. I would plan to seek out this location in future visits.

This property was a true gem. My family from ages 10 months to 78 years, as well as pups, loved the space. It was so quiet and peaceful yet convenient to everything. Manatees, dolphins, gorgeous decor, high end appliances, and an outdoor oasis made our stay amazing. Thank you.

Besides the obvious beach proximity, kayaking, paddle boarding, manatees, dolphins, fenced in yard and bon fires this house is perfect! The bedding is high quality, tons of bath and beach toes and the house is decorated very intentional! The games and entertainment, this place has everything! This house should serve as what a rental home has!! It was perfect!

I can only say good things about Levi’s place! The house was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We were 6 people (3 adults, 3 children) and we never run out of towels! The house was very confortable and the outside was amazing! The beach is a short drive from the house and the hosts provided all the equipment to make it even more enjoyable! I looked at several other places before choosing this one, and I can 100% recommend this house to other guests.

All I can say is WOW. What a beautiful piece of paradise. This adorable little beach house is so close to the beach and a very easy walk with crosswalks for your safety. The house is decorated perfectly and is free of clutter. The bedrooms are a great size one has a TV which is nice if you’re a night owl or early riser and don’t want to wake others. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The hot tub was great for a soak after a long day at the beach. And my absolutely favorite thing - the hot water out door shower. It was perfect for washing the sand and salt water off before going inside, it came equipped with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There are plenty of hooks to hang your suits towels etc and a bench seat. This amenity will be a must for every beach vacation I take from now on. Inside the A/C works perfectly and there are ceiling fans to circulate the cool air. There are lots of fun things to do and some great restaurants. Adam was always quick to respond.

This place was beautiful, clean, welcoming and a mini paradise away from home. My family was visiting Cocoa Beach, FL for a triathalon and needed a place to stay with two dogs. Kate's place was perfect for our visit. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. The space was large and open with all the amenities. The back yard was spacious for the dogs and the neighborhood was serene and quite. A bunch of restaurants are near by, and so is the local publix. Great location!

The house in Cocoa Beach is stunning. The pool was great and it was so nice to be right on the water. The house is beautifully decorated. Huge shower in the primary bath. Gorgeous sitting room and dinning room. Had everything we need for the long weekend. Grocery store is nearby and we had dinner at a local seafood restaurant as well. We had intended to go out shopping, sightseeing and to the beach, but it was so nice and relaxing, we spent most of the time out at the pool. I would definitely stay here again, if I am in the area. Plenty of room for multiple guests or your family. Kayaks and paddle boards are there for your use. Just a perfect place for our friends get together. Book this, you won’t be disappointed. Our host communicated well and checked in to see if we needed anything. Very responsive.

We completely enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was 100% stocked and we loved the large screened porch with Tiki bar and flat screen. The pool is a deep pool with depths of 6'5". They provided so many pool toys and floaties too. The pool table was so fun while the kids enjoyed the pool.

The home is beautifully furnished, well decorated and practical. We felt right at home, only wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you very much!

My wife and I had a great time at Sean and Jen's Casita. It was quiet and relaxing and we enjoyed spending time in the hot tub and balcony. The Casita was extremely comfortable and the location is central to a bunch of great activities (Cocoa Beach, Kennedy Space Center, walking distance to the ocean, etc). Sean and Jen were super friendly and helpful. If we needed anything, they responded quickly. Sean even let us know about a rocket launch that was happening one night and offered tips for watching it which we appreciated.

Had a great stay. Beach is walkable and they provided a wagon to haul gear. The beach entrance they suggested took us to a part where it wasn't crowded at all. Not sure if it' s always like that or we lucked out, but regardless it made for a couple awesome days at the beach. The home was clean and the reviews of manatees right out the backyard were for real. We saw them everyday we were there and they were especially active in the mornings. Great stay. Great hosts. Would absolutely stay there again.
