Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Cocoa Beach

The place was beautiful and had a lot of beds just enough for my big family. The back yard was great, the hot tub, frogs, lizards and turtle shack was awesome! We lit a fire and played games all night! As we sat in the hot tub we seen the Kennedy Space Rocket blast off from the space center and watched it blast off from the back yard. It was awesome! The place was everything and more they explained on the Airbnb app!

We stayed at this house for a baseball tournament at Space Coast, and it was perfect—only about a 20-minute drive from the fields. The pool was a huge hit with everyone, and the boys especially loved having the pickleball court to burn off extra energy. The game room was so fun for the kids! The house was spacious and comfortably fit all 12 of us, which can be hard to find! Also, there are plenty of towels for everyone. Morgan was great to communicate with and super helpful throughout our stay, even sending friendly reminders about trash day. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again in the future!

This was our second stay at Marcia's and not our last. we adore this home. the location, and atmosphere is conducive to being a perfect vacation. From the decor to ALL the amenities, you'd never need to leave the house!! Thank you again and hope to return again soon!!!

Everyone in the group had something nice they just loved about the place. Of course the kids enjoyed the pool everyday of our stay, my dad love how comfortable the place felt, and I enjoyed how cozy the beds and sheets were. Especially after being the beach all day! Speaking of the beach me and my daughter also enjoyed nightly walks to the beach was only about a 19min walk. An experience we will able to cherish forever! We loved everything about the place, they had everything we needed and some.

I usually have some fair, constructive criticism for Airbnbs we've stayed at. This may be the 1st time where I have nothing but positive things to say. The property was great. Everything was clean, clearly labeled, and the host provided everything we needed for a fun stay. They were responsive to any questions we might have, and the directions/rules were easy to follow. Depending on what you are looking for, the beach "might" be a bit far of a walk, but we knew the location going in. The provided bikes made it a quick trip and there was public parking/access very close so a quick drive..and there were always available spots at the time we went. The outdoor back area was so nice we almost had to tear ourselves away from it. We saw manatees and dolphins swim within a few feet of the back dock, which was pretty cool. It was great, clean, peaceful place to hang out. The pool and hot tub were awesome as well. The interior of the property had everything we needed. Highly Recommended.

Gilson does an amazing job with this property. We have stayed here twice and will be back in the future. To be honest, this is probably the nicest vacation rental we have ever stayed in. The location is great, the home has been completely updated top to bottom, so many amenities it is hard to list them all, and well stocked. This property is managed for comfort, convenience, and recreational enjoyment and is priced appropriately for all that is included. Gilson, thanks for sharing this beautiful property!

We had a wonderful stay at at Destiny Palms! Our vacation was very peaceful, the house was perfect for our family of 4. The outdoor shower was very convenient!

This property met our needs perfectly. The location worked well for us since we had a car. There is not much to eat nearby. We enjoyed the screened-in deck. It was great for playing games as a family. We also liked the pool and hot tub. The boogie boards and beach chairs were appreciated.

Amazing location, beautiful home, and very friendly host. Close to everything in Cocoa Beach, and right on the canal, complete with boat dock, paddle board, kayaks, manatees, and dolphins. Beautiful sunsets from dock, and teriffic thunderstorm watching from the palapa hut/bar. Wonderful place for a large family gathering.

The Cali Villa was adorable and it’s clear the hosts went above and beyond to search out the most perfect items to put in the property. The decor and theme was so much fun. My kids loved the hot tub, mini golf and arcade games. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and very clean. The beach access was only a 10 minute walk. The only two negatives we encountered during our stay were that the beach cart was incredibly difficult, when loaded down, to pull across the sand at the beach. Also, that the property is very close (1/2 block away) to a pretty busy road and some nightlife meant there was pretty consistent travel noise heard from the bedrooms upstairs during the night. Neither of those things would prevent me from returning to the villa - just a heads up to future guests! Thanks for a great stay and for sharing your super cute place!!

absolutely LOVED her place! very relaxing and a prefect stay for nature lovers! everyday was a different experience with nature which surrounds her place :) we loved watching the chickens and a joy to take care of...fresh eggs are the BEST :) we will definitely be back, Thank you for having us :) and will be looking for your other books, a truly great read!
