Holiday rentals with a kayak in Cocoa Beach

This place is beautiful and in the best location! House came with everything you could think of and was very clean! I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay in Cocoa.

I’m not even sure where to begin… from the very first day Elise was the best host! She immediately responded when we had a question at check in and took care of it. Her home had everything we needed… We were lucky to get her place when we did! We stayed there waiting on our home to be built and it could not have been better! The canal was full of manatees every day and we were minutes from anything we needed. What an amazing place and an even better host!

This was a magical place! We loved kayaking in the kayaks provided, off of our very own dock. We loved watching dolphins swim in the canal next to the house. Kathy is a great host! She was so responsive and accommodating! We want to return again!

This is a very wonderful place. We have booked it for the next 3 weeks. We absolutely love it. I'm sure you will, too.

I had an amazing stay! The house was perfect for what we had planned for our trip. Absolutely amazing area and super close to the beach. Would highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit Cocoa Beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Location was perfect. We were close to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Can’t think of one thing we needed that we couldn’t get access to. Manatees were there to greet us EVERY morning. (9-10am seemed to be the best viewing time!) One morning, we saw a total of 7 manatees, all together, right in front of our doc. Absolutely magical. We did have an unexpected plumbing issue occur, but Brian and Charity were so super responsive and got things taken care of for us right away. Truly couldn’t have asked for better and more attentive hosts. We look forward to booking this fabulous home on our next family vacation!

Such a beautiful home! If you want somewhere classy, beautiful and well put together for a family get away, here is the place.

We will definitely be back to this place! It has amazing space throughout the house, with a very open floorplan. The enclosed pool/spa area is so peaceful! We got out on the kayaks and went down the river. There is also a paddleboat, but we didn't end up using it. The ocean/beach access is literally right across the street. I prefer to stay on the Banana River side to kayak and because it's way more private. The garage has a nice car to haul chairs across the street in a very lightweight, easy manor. We didn't bring our pets, but it is pet friendly and I met my friend with her dogs at the the dog park which is also right across the street by the Lori Wilson beach access/grilling/park area. Our host had amazing communication! Best airbnb I've ever stayed in and that's saying A LOT because we travel A LOT.

Beautiful home, I love that it is right on the water ♥️ My husband caught more fish on the dock that we did the whole time in the ocean. Very clean, and had more than everything we needed.

We had a great stay at this property. It was perfect for us. The location was ideal. We are celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and love walking the beach, biking, reading quietly, and visiting the Space Center and local restaurants. This was our third visit to this area, but we believe this unit suits us best. It was a quiet, peaceful one-bedroom unit, with an open feel with adequate room for eating, relaxing, writing and has a small, private, outdoor patio. We would love to return and stay again if we have the opportunity. Kay, our host, was very friendly, helpful and responsive.

Great location and very fairly priced, also the house is clean and well maintained.

Penny’s cottage was the perfect place for a quiet get away. Penny was on vacation herself but she still made sure we had every thing we needed. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. It was the perfect location and close to everything. We would definitely come back. Thank you Penny for a wonderful stay!

Wow! What a fabulous place to unwind and celebrate my husband's 60th birthday!! The cottage or bungalow itself is incredible. It's perfectly furnished with everything you could want for a relaxing getaway. We used the trolley to wheel our wine and charcuterie down the dock. We also tried our luck with the provided blue crab pots, but weren't successful. Katharyn was a fantastic host, and responded immediately to any questions. We'll be back!!

Enjoyed staying at Jacki's. easy walk to the beach - didn't have to pay for parking. Find the silverware under the overhang of the island.

Jacki a very gracious host. We appreciated the close proximity to both the beach on the east and the Indian river to the west. Took both the kayaks and bikes for a spin and had a great time.
