Holiday rentals with a balcony in Colico

Beautiful property with lakefront view. Perfect place for my family to enjoy visiting Lake Como. Easily accessible to all restaurants, ferries and gelato shops. Highly recommend!

Overall, the place was great. I was in town for a conference at the Lugano conference center and the location was very convenient for walking. The view of the lake from the place was beautiful. It was on a fairly busy street and I expected it to be loud at night but it was very quiet. There was air conditioning but the warmest rooms in the place were the bedrooms which made sleeping a bit hot even with it on max cool. There is a washer in unit but must hang clothes to dry. Not an issue but need to know for timing. There was a grocery store right out the door which was convenient but closed earlier than we thought. Very good breakfast place right by the grocery store. Parking was very convenient. Check in assistant was friendly and very responsive and friendly. Would stay here again.

The accommodation was exactly as described. A traditional apartment with plenty of space, a superb view of the lake from the private terrace, and easy access to all amenities. The host was very accommodating when our arrival was delayed by a late flight.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at here in Como. Frederico’s apartment is very modern, clean and well maintained. The close proximity to the ferry allowed us to explore lots of beautiful villages around the lake, overall we had an unforgettable holiday, highly recommend!

Die Wohnung war schöner als erwartet. Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Jeden Morgen Frühstück mit Blick auf den See - so schön! Die Hausbesitzerin war nett und hilfsbereit.

We had a wonderful stay in Verceia. Verceia is a good place for daily trips around the Como lake or even Milano. A car is recommended, though. The village is very cute and the bakery downstairs is a dream. The flat was very clean, tidy and has a spacious living/dining/cooking area. The mountain-side bedroom is very quiet, with open windows the trains and cars in lake-side bedroom might wake you. Having two balkonies with amazing views is fantastic. And our host Lara was super friendly and helpful, as was everyone we met in the house and village. Highly recommended!

This apartment was really nice in many ways. Great location and view from the balcony, the pizzeria just beside had the best pizza we had in all our vacation in Italy this summer. The apartment was clean and really cozy! If we are going back to lake Como we are for sure renting this again🙏🏽😀

Sehr saubere, neu eingerichtete Wohnung ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Zentrum Gravedona entfernt. Der Blick über den See und die umliegenden Berge von den beiden Balkonen und den Schlafzimmern ist fantastisch. In der Wohnung gibt es alles an Küchenutensilien, was man benötigt. Auf Anfrage wurde uns auch kostenlos ein Babybett und ein Hochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Check-in und Check -out waren sehr problemlos und die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit. Für mich war das einzige negative, die wirklich sehr harte und unbequeme Matratze und die schlechten Kissen.

Logement très bien équipé, bien chauffé et très proche du site d’escalade de Cresciano. Avec des nouveaux blocs récemment ouverts juste derrière le logement. L’arrivée et le départ sont très simples avec la boite à clef. L’endroit est très calme pour un séjour bien reposant. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt mit 9 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern. Das Haus ist wunderschön, erstklassige Ausstattung (auch Kindergeschirr und - Besteck sind vorhanden, ebenso Hochstühle, Kinderbett und einige Spielsachen) und viel Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten in Haus und Garten. Der See und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß (oder mit dem Kinderwagen) in 5/10 min erreichbar. Die Kommunikation vor Ort und mit der Gastgeberin klappte problemlos. Ein kleiner Abzug, da das WLAN in den Zimmern im Obergeschoss und im Keller nur schwach bis gar nicht verfügbar ist. Ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert.

Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description. Nous l’avons trouvé idéal pour notre famille ( 2 adultes et 2 enfants). Il a fait très beau le temps de notre séjour, nous avons donc particulièrement profité des extérieurs. Tout est propre et fonctionnel. Claudia, la personne qui gère sur place la location, fut disponible et sympathique. Nous recommandons ce logement et y retournerions sans hésiter !

Tolle, saubere und modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem was man braucht und super Blick auf den See. Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr nett empfangen und waren stets verfügbar. Außerdem konnte man auch die Stand up paddle und Kanus der Unterkunft nutzen. Die Wohnung liegt am nördlichen Ende des Sees und wir haben es so empfunden, dass dadurch nicht ganz so viel los war wie in den südlicheren Ortschaften. Durch die Lage direkt an der Straße ist es etwas lauter, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Der direkte Zugang zum See war uns das allemal wert und wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Super schönes und sauberes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten. Vom Balkon des oberen Zimmers hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Comer See. Küche ist mit fast allem ausgestattet was man brauch. So etwas wie Seife oder Spülmaschienentabs sollte man selbst mitbringen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, allerdings vom See bzw. Zentrum der einzelnen Orte einige Serpentinen entfernt. Dementsprechend sind auch die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 15-20 min entfernt. Hier ist man auf das Auto angewiesen. Adelia ist eine super nette Gastgeberin, und antwortet sehr schnell wenn man etwas brauch. Wenn man italienisch kann, ist dies von Vorteil :)

Unkompliziertes Self-Check-In und Check-Out (Anweisung mit Video) und gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Apartment ist gem. Bilder und Beschreibungen. Sehr schöne Aussicht vom Balkon aus auf den Luganersee. Ruhiger Ort, es hat ein Café und Restaurant mit netten Gastgebern. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und hatten auch gute Gespräche. In Claino con Osteno kann man sonst nicht viel unternehmen, aber Innerhalb 1 Stunde ist man in Lugano oder Como. Kontakt mit Marco und Vita SRL war reibungslos und die Antworten kamen sehr schnell.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Blick von der Terrasse ist toll. Das Grundstück ist rundum eingezäunt und zur Straße mit einem Tor gesichert. Wir waren mit fünf Motorrädern, zwei Autos und einem Anhänger dort und es war reichlich Platz in dem schönen Garten, für unseren großen Fuhrpark. Direkt am Haus ist ein Wanderweg, der in den Ort geht, dort gibt es nette Restaurants. Die Straße, die vor dem Haus verläuft, ist zu hören, hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit!

Incredible views made it nice to stay and enjoy the Airbnb esp on rainy days. We were traveling with our 8 month old and loved the nice comfy crib and Anita even left out a baby towel and high chair for us. It was really a perfect spot to enjoy views from the lake. The kitchen was stocked with all the cookware which made it great for some homemade dinner dates too. Would love to stay here again.

Enrica (AKA Kikka) is a delightful woman who cares about her guests and does everything to make them feel at home. She responded very quickly to any of our questions and needs. She had great suggestions for restaurants, activities and site seeing outings, all listed in an informative book on the kitchen table. The view from the room is magical, almost beyond description, as you look out on to Lake Como both day and especially night! My partner & I whole heartedly recommend you consider Enrica’s attic for you lodgings at Lake Como! Cameron June 2025

This place is so close to the ferry that it puts the entire lake at your disposal. The view from the room was beautiful. Very comfortable and accessible. And be sure to walk down to Villa Carlotta!

The accommodation was beautiful and very clean. The communication went smoothly and they responded quickly. It was easy to find a they had a parking spot on the property for us.
