Holiday rentals with a patio in College Park

very impressed, i felt at home, place was very private alot space for relaxing, tvs has lots of apps... definitely will make this my place to go when traveling to Atlanta.... 5 stars for in my book.... thank you

Everything was great. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. The location is perfect and so close to many things. Must check out the aquarium, the Krog, beltline, plus many more attractions!

This Bnb was extremely cozy and easy to get to. Host was extremely accommodating + being friendly is always a plus. I would love to stay here again if the opportunity is available. 10/10 stay no complaints here

Perfect place to stay for a weekend trip! The place was clean and had everything you would need, pictures do not do the place justice. It rained off and on during the weekend so outside of the activities we had planned, staying it was great as there were a number of streaming platforms available to watch a movie/show! Can't recommend enough and I'd definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful small studio. The highlight for us was the gorgeous porch - the perfect spot to enjoy a quiet morning coffee while taking in the peaceful surroundings. The studio is beautifully furnished, spotless and incredibly serene. Everything felt thoughtfully curated and comfortable. The location couldn’t be better - it’s nestled in a sweet neighborhood and just a short walk to great restaurants, local shops and everything you could need. We felt at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Olivia's place was one of the most comfortable I've ever stayed. You want to be able to rest easily and well, in a place you feel safe in, and this place checks all those boxes. Everything was such lovely quality! For location, I was able to walk to the grocery store and restaurants, along with walking to my event easily and safely. Olivia's proactive and detailed instructions were incredibly helpful for being able to find and access the apartment, and she's 100% correct you should review them ahead of arriving. This has now become my go to for events in this area. Thank you for everything Olivia!

Great place to stay; A breath taking view look exactly as the photo, Pierre was a wonderful host answering all questions all letting me feel at home. It’s at a great convenient location for place to eat and grocery store. Check in and check out was super easy. Will definitely stay again.

Overall, we had a great stay at Michaels place. This was a perfect location for our extended family to stay at while attending graduation activities at the GICC. It is conveniently located near the GICC and the airport in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Also, the layout of the house made it nice for our family to gather when we wanted to and spread out when we did not want to be together. We also appreciated how clean the house was when we arrived. The house provided the basics in terms of amenities. However, given the size of the house and my experience at other Airbnb's, I was a bit disappointed in a couple of ways. For example, there were no seasonings; not even salt and pepper. Additionally, for a house that sleeps 12 people, deliberately only 2 trash bags, 2 dish washer pods, 2 laundry detergent pods, 2 toilet paper rolls/bath and hotel size soap bars were provided. These are simple things that could improve a stay even with an additional $25 charge for the stay.

Dom’s house was really nice. She was always responsive to answer questions and gave a guide for local resources! Would definitely reserve her house again if needed!

This home was simply amazing. The description of the home was so beautiful and accommodating. It was located near several attractions and the community itself was so beautiful. We will definitely choose this home again for our next visit to Atlanta.

The house was in a nice, clean and quiet neighborhood. It's very large and can accommodate a lot of people. Very convenient to the airport and not too far from the city.

We only stayed one night but we enjoyed our stay. beautiful furnishings and enough necessities. it was also easy to order delivery. The home is in an artsy neighborhood that seems up and coming but not too busy.

Inside and out offered comfort and space for our group. The inside LED lights added a nice vibe. The host was communicative and accommodating of my needs. I recommend this space!

Very quiet neighborhood, the kind that I would love to live in. This home was perfect for me and my family. Ronald was also gracious enough to let family visit with us in his home before they got on the road. I would definitely stay here again.

William is a very responsive and responsible host. His communication is great and the bnb was as expected. Good location, with places for food nearby, and walkable to a lot of different places. Scooters, bikes, and the Marta train station nearby as well. Would recommend!

The space itself is very nice, plenty of room and generally clean. There were plenty of amenities and the checkout process and rules were minimal and very easy to follow. The neighborhood was OK, although being in a college area there was a prevalence of a certain illegal smoke aroma whenever we were outside. It was not noticeable at all in the apartment though. I only mention it given how often we encountered it. Overall I’d visit again and access to the Aquarium is excellent, even my almost 3 year old walked there from the apartment!

This was a very nice place to stay. The host got back to me extremely quickly. Every time I had a question for him. The next time I’m in the Atlanta area I will definitely look to stay at this place again.

Lillian’s place was exactly as it looks in the pictures. We were able to cook full meals during our entire stay. You’ll need to supply your own spices and larger bowls if you need them, but plenty of utensils and pots and pans. The beds were comfortable and everything was extremely clean. It was a very good stay!

The stay was in fact very cozy. The place was clean and welcoming. The best part was that the host was extremely proactive and responsive. It said that the host was likely to reply within a 50 min window, No they replied in IMMEDIATELY . Everything was clear and helpful would definitely stay again.
