Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Corolla, Currituck County

My family came together for a 3-day stay at Nomad Dunes. It was everyone's 1st time to the OBX. There's 16 of us ranging in age from 9-74! There are 3 levels to this home with sleeping areas on all levels which was great for us. I think we used every entertaining and relaxing spot in this house!! You can see the ocean from the top floor and it truly is easy enough to walk to the beach or hop in the car and drive back and forth. Having the pool was perfect for our family. It is about 5ft deep at most so all the kids could access the pool without worry. And the hot tub was VERY popular with our group! Hardly anyone picked up a phone or devise other than to take photos or videos and we watched one movie. The drive on the beach to get to the home was a LOT more than we expected!! Videos do not do this justice. It's long, and bumpy, and feels out of control at times. SHOP beforehand!! Beds and furnishings are comfy and pretty. I suggest mentioning if you plan to use the bunks and sofa bed.

Clean, quiet, comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was fully stocked with all cookware, utensils and appliances needed for onsite prepping and cooking. The outdoor areas were clean, clutter free and peaceful to relax in. And the beach related supplies available for guest use like toys, chairs and bikes where fantastic! The location is great for a couples get away or a small family vacation.

The house was very clean and ready for guests when we arrived. It was also in a great area and very close to the beach. The host was very quick to respond to every message and gave very good recommendations for things to do and places to go. 10/10 would go again.

This place is a GEM! I highly recommend staying there. So close to the beach. Lots of fun stuff to do in Duck. The house is very, very nice with lots of space to hang out.

Really enjoyed our stay in the outer banks. Travis was super responsive and helpful and check in/check out was painless. House was well stocked with everything we could need and was very clean on arrival. Coffee shop was less than a block away, which was nice in the morning. Beach was just a few blocks away and the access had a ramp, which was nice for the wagon and stroller. No ramp on the beach side but if you go down one more access to Admiral, there is a flat beach entry. Back yard area with fire pit and grill was great for relaxing. We will definitely be staying here again next time we are in the outer banks.

Staying at Molly's place felt like a true vacation! Her home was just as described...all you really needed to show up with was just a couple of bathing suits. She has thought of everything including the aloe in the fridge for a sunburn ;). The beach was a short walk away and the home is within walking distance from shopping and restaurants. Our family with kids in their mid-20's and 2 dogs would stay here again!

We were extremely impressed by the whole process with Airbnb, from the initial selection and introduction to the property, as well as the actual home. It was exactly as described in the information and pictures, only better when we arrived. The AC was on, as well as the lights, which made us feel expected and welcomed. There were special touches on the beds with towels all folded on a breakfast tray, which made us feel that we were staying in an upscale hotel. The decor was absolutely beautiful, and it was so clean, fresh and new. It did feel like a home away from home. We may use some of the decor ideas in our own home, many miles away. Thank you for this experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our few days in Manteo, NC.

What a beautiful house in a wonderful location! We just loved sitting on the porch or in the ac looking at the view of the water. The hot tub was definitely relaxing and enjoyable at night. With such an incredible setting, we found that we wanted to eat our meals at the house rather than eating out. A short walk to the beach access across the street was great. The location is fantastic as it is close to the boardwalk in Duck and not too far to Corolla to see the wild horses or visit the Wright Brothers NM. The hosts are extremely responsive and give great suggestions when visiting the area. Although a bit on the pricey side, I would highly recommend staying here if in the area.

Excellent location near the public beach in Kill Devil Hills. Everything in the house matches the description and photos perfectly. The cleanliness is outstanding, and the beds are soft and very comfortable. The house is well equipped with dishes, utensils, appliances, and cleaning and laundry supplies. Note that there is no dishwasher, as mentioned in the listing. Overall, we had a very positive experience and are truly grateful for the warm welcome.

Great place on the OBX to stay! Essentially beachfront without having to pay the ocean-view premium; the walk to the beach took less than thirty seconds! Well kept and clean, the place contained pretty much exactly what we needed for a few days at the beach! Good parking as well and very good value! Would stay again if I ever come back to Nags Head!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described - clean, cozy, and in a great location. Sarah was super responsive and made check-in a breeze. Just a heads-up for future guests: there’s no full stove, only a small electric induction cooktop. It’s perfect for light meals, but not ideal if you’re planning to cook bigger dishes. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Loved this place! The location was beautiful and made the stay well worth it. Close enough drive to the beach to get there fairly quick and far enough to enjoy peaceful morning and evenings by the doc. Highly recommend

Perfect little cabin, great location. My family of four, along with our two dogs, stayed here for our Outer Banks trip. Everything was just as described and very clean. Very quiet neighborhood with only a 10 or 15 minute drive to the beach. I recommend taking advantage of the kayaks and paddle the short distance to the sandbar. The outdoor shower is a unique experience and we preferred it over the indoor shower. My teenage son enjoyed sleeping in the screened in bedroom, especially on the cooler nights when it rained. Check-in/out is simple and the host was very responsive to any inquiries we had. We highly recommend this rustic cabin.

this cabin is perfect!! incredibly well maintained and cozy. Great quiet, peaceful location. We enjoyed the rocking chairs our front. stay here if you want to have a relaxing trip in wanchese! easy to navigate to and from - great location for exploring manteo & nags head. Beaches, bodie island lighthouse, delicious dining options (with great views) - we loved our stay 🩵

I stayed at the Cabin for ten days with a group of six..The place was incredible! Nice house very clean and the surroundings with plenty of entertainment provided by the host!

We loved this beautiful home! Beautifully decorated-calm vibe. So cozy and comfortable. I’m also an Airbnb host and I can tell you this space is wonderful! Well worth the price point! Don’t miss out on the fire pit. Something about a fire with your family by the water…it’s truly magical. I highly recommend this place. You won’t be disappointed. Kathy is kind and accommodating. Super responsive and easy to communicate with. Can’t say enough. 10/10.

I had the best time at the cabin w 7 of my closest girlfriends for my 50th birthday.. there were lots of laughs . The house was cozy and beautifully decorated. The girls that slept upstairs kept raving about how comfortable the beds were. We had a fantastic stay and beach weekend, Taylor recommended a fantastic restaurant we went to for my birthday night as well! I would love to come back again sometime!
