Holiday rentals with a patio in Corolla, Currituck County

Our stay at the Sit N' Duck was absolutely perfect! The residence is well laid out with amenities to make your stay as easy and care-free as possible. Mary and Larry provided everything we could have possibly needed, and the washer and dryer were a helpful additional touch. If we wanted a beach day, it was only a 2-minute walk to a very secluded and peaceful section of the beach with great views, the sound of the ocean, and pristine waves. We brought a small beach cart which was easily maneuvered out and down the beach access boardwalk, but if you're packing light it wouldn't be hard to carry everything for the short distance. Even in the rain, there are wonderful covered sitting areas to sit out and enjoy the rain as we read a book or just chatted. Additionally, there's no shortage of things to do nearby in a short drive up to Duck or down to Kitty Hawk or Kill Devil Hills. We couldn't have imagined a better trip to OBX and we look forward to hopefully staying again in the future!

The house was very pretty and comfortable. It's close to a lot of restaurants and things to do. Katie is great and made checking in and out a breeze.

Very clean, well appointed and well located place. Host was very helpful and communicated often. Close and easy to beach, close to Wright Brothers monument. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. We would recommend and will stay again next time we are in the Outer Banks.

This place was great and highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Kill Devil Hills area. It was clean, and big enough for us. The bikes, umbrella and beach chairs were an amazing plus! I would definitely stay here again.

Loved this place! The location was beautiful and made the stay well worth it. Close enough drive to the beach to get there fairly quick and far enough to enjoy peaceful morning and evenings by the doc. Highly recommend

I love the memories our family shared together here. Our family has vacationed in OBX several years, and Kat’s house is a true gem that stands out because we: - Walked quickly to and from the beach. Cars would stop to allow us to cross the street. - Made meals together in our well equipped kitchen. We also dined in nearby local restaurants. - Found quality supplies and equipment in laundry, bathrooms, outdoor shower, and beach closet. - Relaxed in the hot tub. All six of us fit comfortably together! The hot tub was clean, modern, and well maintained. - Soaked in amazing views on the top deck with quality, comfortable seating. - Enjoyed games like Jumanji, Tiki Toss, and Twister during rain. Next time we may try OBX Monopoly. Katherine’s service is best in class because she is proactive, thoughtful, and effective. I didn’t worry about a thing! Our guests ranged from preschool age to retired, and we all valued our stay. We appreciated your comfortable and thoughtful space. Thank you!

The house was perfect for our trip. Place was clean place was clean and right on the beach… I agree with others that the kitchen could use a HomeGoods trip( we ended up having to buy a $15 can opener!). But the basics was available, per listing. Areca was a great host and very helpful. Look forward to returning soon!

Laurie was an excellent host! She was very helpful and the place was “as advertised”. For some reason the interior of the place brought back memories of a house on a Greek island (where I grew up). Certainly a place I will look for again when I am at OBX. ps There is a great collection of books and games to keep kids (and adults) occupied!

We had a Wonderful stay at Beach Dream Inn, couldn't ask for a more cozy, very well equipped home. There wasn't anything that Amber didn't have available to use to prepare meals. There was even cleaning products to use to tidy up. The swimming pool was also an added perk, so nice to have privacy with the fence all around the pool. We have a small dog that enjoyed her first trip to the beach. Especially being with us while sitting by the pool. We were also lucky to see deer in the morning and evening. Amber's home is very close to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores Harris Teeter and Food Lion. The beach is a short easy walk too. We are very glad we found this lovely home at the Outer Banks. And to have a host as accommodating and kind as Amber. Will definitely be back again!

Everithing was perfect! The house was clean, excellently prepared for us. We've arrived at the fragrant house! The kitchen is really well equipped. The house is really close to the beach, which is quiet, clean and beautiful. We even saw dolphins. There are many possibilities for excursions in the area. We used to go with the kids to have excellent ice cream (10minutes walking). The house is on a hiking and biking trail that goes all the way through the Outer Banks. And Michelle is very nice and helpful.

Great House! Easy Check-in, nice neighborhood, close drive to the beach access, and all the amenities you’ll need. I would recommend this stay.

We felt very grateful to stay at Gregory’s place. It was a perfect location, very clean and comfortable. We would definitely try to stay here again when visiting the Outer Banks.

Great place in an amazing location, walkable to beach, great restaurants, ice cream and conveniences. We loved the decks and layout of the home, felt like a true beach house. 10/10 would recommend and cannot wait to stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay here as a family with small children. There were only a couple other people at the condominium so the pool was always available and parking was easy. I liked how you get to park underneath the condos so your car stays shaded. The lock code to the stairwell and elevator made us feel secure. There were plenty of nice beach items to use in the storage including wagon, umbrella, and chairs. Each room had plenty of beach towels and bath towels. The walk to the beach was minimal. The only cons were loud vehicles since you are close to the road and one ceiling fan not working in a bedroom but that didn’t bother us! Overall it is a great place and exceeded our expectations!

The condo was very charming with new appointments and has a beautiful view of the ocean. We enjoyed sunrise each morning and the sound of the waves crashing each night. The kitchen was well equipped and had sufficient space for the two of us. It was also nice to have both a full and half bath as well as a door between the sink area and toilet/shower in the full bath. Having several options for coffee with espresso, drip, and a Keurig was a big plus A few observations we want to share. It would be very tight to fit 6 people in the place but you could comfortably have two couples or a couple with two kids with the second pair on the sleeper sofa. Overall it was a great stay for our anniversary weekend!!!

This was an ideal location in Duck, NC. The beach associated with the resort was devine! The surrounding area is mostly single family homes, making the beach very private to the resort. The unit is located away from the pool, so it was very quiet and lovely. The view is not really of water, but it's a great deck to watch sunsets. I would return to this AirBnB again!

Very cozy. Extremely well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and beautifully decorated. The entire house was extremely clean (shout out to your cleaning crew)! So close to the beach and only a short drive to the 4 wheel drive beach where we were lucky enough to see the wild horses. Would definitely recommend staying here! Thank you Lynn!

What a fantastic location! We loved being right on the beach. Inside the condo was really quiet and it had everything we needed. My kids loved it too and we got to see dolphins from the balcony!

Beautiful home and very spacious. Lynn was very helpful and came very late at night to help us with a lock box issue. Very close to the beach and had lots of beach items provided

Emily’s place was exactly what we were looking for in our stay at Kitty Hawk beach. The condo was very comfortable and thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need (kitchen appliances, vacuum, beach chairs, chargers, washer/dryer). We brought bikes and were able to easily store them in the fenced backyard between trips to the beach, and appreciated having a few extra beach towels to use during our stay. Emily was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay - we would love to book again next year!

The only thing that wasn’t great, was the limited amount of toilet paper. We needed more than one roll for each bathroom.
