Property is just as pictured and is in a great location-7 minute walk to the beach, minutes drive from restaurants and shops in Duck. Clean and well maintained.

Really great place in an excellent location literally 2 minute walk to the beach! Also no need to cross any busy roads to get there unlike some other places we looked at but with 3 floors for living get ready to climb some stairs. House was very clean and as described with tons of amenities. I'll admit we weren't very happy at first about paying $75 a day to have the pool heated but since the weather when we were there wasn't great it was absolutely worth it. Place is VERY spacious (probably more room than we needed even with 5 adults and 2 dogs) and while you can tell it sees some traffic here and there it's really nice. Probably would send maintenance around for some TLC to replace some bulbs in the kitchen and other little things but nothing the detracted from our stay. And Dan was an awesome host! Very responsive and suggested some great local spots for our first trip to OBX. Hope to get back there soon.

Absolutely loved the home and the whole experience! Our only issue was in our arrival and not being aware that high tide would impact when you should attempt getting to the house. More information regarding the tide schedule and if the roads within the houses are accessible would be very helpful. Recommendation to stop at the grocery store before you each the beach access road and what types of things are not supplied at the house would be good, too. Overall we were so very pleased with our stay and Misty was great when we needed her. I would absolutely recommend this house to my friends and family and would love to visit again!

Andrew's home was wonderful for our crew of 6! It's located in a quiet peaceful neighborhood 30 seconds fromTimbuc II where there is a nice variety of shops and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed for cooking & baking. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were large enough where we didn't feel cramped even after bringing our suitcases in. The water pressure is excellent in each of the showers, which was perfect in order to ensure we could rinse off the salt and sand as needed. The hot tub was a nice bonus along with all the games in the basement. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

Susan is a great host! She was responsive, helpful, and welcoming. The home was clean, comfortable, and as described. It is family friendly and very spacious with lots of room. We look forward to come back again next summer!

Absolutely loved this beach house — it was everything we hoped for and more. Spotless and well-kept, with plenty of space, including extra rooms that came in handy. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, making it perfect for spontaneous trips to the shore. The house had everything we needed, from kitchen supplies to beach gear, which made the stay super convenient. The hot tub and pool were a major highlight — clean, relaxing, and just what we needed after a day out. And the best surprise? Just a two-minute drive down the street, we got to see wild horses for free. Make sure you guys have an all wheel drive car to see the horses! It felt like a hidden gem. This place is 100% worth it. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

Lori’s place was nice, quaint, and exactly what we were looking for. It had a cozy charm that made us feel right at home. Lori was super responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. One of the highlights was the pier — such a cool spot to relax and take in the views. Would definitely stay again!

was a great stay, the place was perfectly clean and always comfortable when returning back to the place. the extra supplies ( blankets, pillows, hair and body wash) were very appreciative. Was also a very spacious and nice to relax after a long day.

We loved our stay at James’ condo. The location is away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to get to everything within minutes. The condo itself is directly across from the pool, which was perfect for us. Our kids loved walking around the marina and watching all the boats. The condo is updated, very clean, and had everything we needed. James was very responsive with any questions we had. We can’t wait to go back!

We enjoyed our stay. The location is very convenient. Peaceful, few minutes drive from beautiful beaches. Very clean apartment with comfortable mattress. Equipped with anything you need. My husband and me had "aperitivo" every evening on the balcony watching the water and the sunset.

Loved this place! The location was beautiful and made the stay well worth it. Close enough drive to the beach to get there fairly quick and far enough to enjoy peaceful morning and evenings by the doc. Highly recommend

This place was perfect for what we were looking for. It is small, but perfect for someone looking to have a cozy place to come back to after long days of exploring and fun! the location was great, with pretty much anything and everything being a 5 minute drive away, with a number of good options within walking distance too. The host Vjollca was super sweet and made sure our stay started off wonderfully with a little surprise waiting for us when we got there. I highly recommend this place!

We have enjoyed the Hideaway for our third year in a row now. It remains a perfect house for our family of four. We really appreciate that Chelsea and Jay’s property is just a short 15 min walk to the beach, yet is nestled away in a neighborhood where you cannot hear any road traffic at all. It is very peaceful. We also enjoy the short 5 min walk to the sound side to enjoy the sunset. We highly recommend Chelsea and Jay’s house for anyone who wants to enjoy the beauty and fun of the OBX.

I had the pleasure of staying at Amy's place for a long weekend. Both her home and her spirit of customer service were exceptional. Shortly after making the reservation I had an issue with it (my fault). I reached out to Amy and she quickly helped me work it out in everyone's favor. Thank you Amy! Her home is very well situated, and the view from her backyard is incredible; it could be a special events location. Just incredible. But we were also able to get out and check out the many restaurants and beaches in the area. Amy reached out to us to check in several times, and proactively contacted us with restaurant recommendations, one of which we went to and had a great time. Would definitely head back.

Stayed here for Memprial Weekend. Wasn't sure on how busy it would be, but turned out great. This house is literally just a quick minute walk to a private beach. Made watching the sunrise so easy to do. The house feels spread out, which is perfect for multiple families. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. The AC cools the entire house, much needed on hot days. The beds were also super comfortable. Hot tub was such a nice way to end the day. James was super quick on answering any questions that popped up during my stay. This entire community is really nice with lots of places to walk the dog. Was hard to leave, can't wait to come back

My family and I had a great time while staying in the cottage. The house was very clean and cozy. The views from the house were beautiful and it was very peaceful. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting a peaceful getaway.

The location was wonderful. We really enjoyed the dock and watched several amazing sunsets. The house was comfortable and the kitchen had just about all that we needed.

This was a cozy little spot for my family and I to stay while visiting OBX. Easy access to the beach and stores. We absolutely loved feeding the turtles some bread from the back deck.
