Barn holiday rentals in Cotswold District

The Stables was the perfect destination for a relaxing holiday away from the city. Yvonne was an excellent host who gave us some good recommendations for restaurants and left us some tasty scones as a welcome gift. The view from the place is stunning and we enjoyed eating outside watching the birds. The place was comfortable, the shower was hot and had good pressure and the kitchen had everything we needed. I'd thoroughly recommend this place and will hopefully come again in the future.

Rick and Anne were fantastic hosts. I received lots of recommendations tailored to my profile and they were extremely welcoming. The place was as described and looked better than the photos. Would highly recommend to other visitors. Thanks again!

What an incredibly beautiful and peaceful stay! Tom and his wife were such kind and gracious hosts I am so glad I was able to spend a few nights in their beautiful cottage! Getting to meet their two sweet pups made my stay even better if possible! I would 1000% book here again for a peaceful cottage getaway!

great stay at Carolyns place. quiet, peaceful with stunning views. Carolyn went above and beyond to assist with my requests. kids beds are for small kids so check beforehand as our 9 year old just fit the bottom bunk. we had a nice meal at the local pub and really enjoyed it. great getaway highly recommended.

A little corner of paradise! Peaceful, private and beautiful inside and outside. The annex is very well equipped with lots of thoughtful touches, comfortable bed and furnishings. Would happily stay here again.

Charles is an excellent host. Always available for a chat and any questions. Very friendly including the two terriers. Beautiful grounds to walk around and the bed is very comfortable . Definitely another visit on the cards

Excellent accommodation and location, we had a very pleasant stay. Hosts were very friendly and approachable, Chestnut Barn was very well layout, charming and homely. The bottle of wine, Bath Soft Cheese, and the breakfast Crossants were lovely and greatly appreciated. We visited Bath, Bristol and went to the Bath soft cheese farm for lunch. All very enjoyable, and well worth seeing, met up with family at local pub, and had an excellent stay. We look forward to visiting again. Many thanks Colin and Julie xx

This was the first time that we'd used AirBnB and it was a bit of a revelation; the only downside being that Emma has set such a very high bar that we wonder whether everyone else will only prove to be disappointing by comparison! The original structure of Emma's cosy, quirky barn may be over 250 years old but she has clearly put a lot of thought into its renovation and the modern facilities offered. Considering the barn's rural location, it was genuinely a very pleasant surprise that (for a change!) the barn's tech all worked seamlessly, whilst several little personal, luxury touches and a truly warm welcome meant that we instantly felt at ease and relaxed in great comfort. We were desperate for a cosy, easy paced break within easy reach of a good local pub (The Snitterfield Arms) and nearby farm shop. Emma's Barn provided all that and more. It was such a tonic ahead of a second family funeral in 5 weeks, we only wish we could have stayed longer. We very much hope to return!

We had a wonderful time at the Stone Barn! Nicky and Mark provided a beautiful home away from home that couldn’t have been better. It’s so peaceful and the views are amazing. The place was clean (beware if you’re not a fan of spiders though as there are a decent amount in corners, bathroom, etc due to the countryside location I’m sure) and they even gave us a lovely welcome package with local food items. They were responsive and made sure we had everything we need. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to call home in the Cotswolds area. We were within 1-1.5 hrs drive of all the major sightseeing places which was perfect.

This was a little slice of heaven in the most gorgeous little village. The cottage was stunning and the interiors were gorgeous-but also felt very homely and comfy, Clare was an amazing host, leaving clear instructions and lots of lovely recos (we loved the white horse full of local characters and within walking distance and the quince and clover was fab). We would def be back and would highly recommend!

We loved every minute of our stay at Foxtrot. Shelagh is such a lovely lady who has a fantastic eye for detail and really looks after her guests. We were expecting a small space and just needed a bed for a couple of nights, but it was so gorgeous that we didn’t want to leave. It was all so beautifully designed and tastefully done with absolutely everything we could possibly need. We woke up to see the sheep and birds through the patio doors and could sit outside or inside to watch them. We then discovered a pair of binoculars and ID guide and a book with bird calls to help us identify everything. Highly recommended in every aspect - not enough characters available to tell you everything - just stay and be delighted! Shelagh has a small pottery studio next door and makes the most beautiful mugs and jugs which are very reasonably priced and are for sale as well as for use in the cottage.

Thank you for a lovely stay at the barn, spacious for us and our dog but it also had a really cosy feel to it. It has everything you would need, fully equipped kitchen, nice sofa’s and large TV with sky TV for those chilled out evenings. Lovely comfy bed and a big powerful shower. Great location for Oxford and Cotswolds. Good communication with Mel who is a great host. Thank you again 😊.

The Owl Barn was a fantastic stay! The hosts were incredibly hospitable and communicative, very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. The space was beautiful—thoughtfully designed, clean, and very well equipped. Just as pictured, if not better. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in the peaceful countryside!

We had a wonderful stay at Amanda and Richard’s Airbnb! The location was absolutely beautiful and incredibly peaceful — the perfect escape. From the moment we arrived we felt warmly welcomed, especially with the lovely hamper and bottle of champagne. It was such a thoughtful touch that made the stay feel extra special. Amanda was a fantastic host — friendly, attentive, and clearly takes great pride in making sure her guests have the best experience. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway! i loved my stay at the old stables, beautiful home with enclosed garden for the dog, great facilities and location. beautiful walks and short drive to lots of places. brilliant pub close by. highly recommend and victoria was great x

Set in beautiful surroundings, Badgers Sett is equipped for a relaxing stay. We did a couple of short walks as we were staying during a mini heatwave! There is plenty to do and see if you want but equally you could stay at base, chill out and enjoy the vistas. Clive and Ann are lovely hosts, the beer and bread a lovely surprise!

We had a very happy two night stay here. The Lodge was equipped to a high standard (in particular, super-comfortable beds with luxurious linen, great bathrooms and kitchen) along with a feeling of being in a delightful home. The garden was beautiful - a lovely spot for a G&T and extremely peaceful. We met Chris and his family briefly and they were very friendly and hospitable, on hand to help, but not at all intrusive. We would like to return another time for a longer visit.

We had a wonderful stay at the Granary, if you want a relaxing, peaceful weekend where all you can hear are the songbirds this place is a must. You can walk to the village of Eastleach which is beautiful. Liza is very helpful and so friendly. The cottage is clean, spacious, comfy and well equipped and the beds are like sleeping on clouds. We loved little Cybil the dog - who came to greet us when we arrived. Love this place and will definitely return.

We had the most wonderful stay at Berry Farm Barn for a long weekend. Beautiful accommodation, excellent amenities and the perfect house for family and friends to catch up and unwind. Close to Cirencester and a great selection of pubs and restaurants, the perfect location for an easy relaxing weekend. Thank you Berry Farm Barn for making our stay so enjoyable.

The Hideaway is the perfect romantic Cotswolds escape for a beautiful weekend off the grid. The property is full of charm and character. It’s tastefully furnished, and has everything that you could possibly need - a home from home. While tucked away in what feels like the middle of no where, there is equally so much on your doorstep, so you can do as much or as little as you like. Irene & Michael were the perfect hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. And their attention to detail was flawless. I cannot recommend this stay highly enough, so much so that I’m fairly certain we will be back. Thank you so much for having us ♥️
