Waterfront holiday rentals in Cotswold District

The flat was everything my group needed. We stayed 2 nights and Charlotte very kindly allowed us to check in 4 hours earlier than the listing states. The flat is on the top floor of a complex, right in the centre of bristol. It had everything as advertised. Mentioned in the listing, was that the balcony was under construction and unusable. When we arrived this was still the case, however there is another balcony connected to the kitchen which helped us avoid disappointment for a morning coffee in the fresh air. It felt very safe, being in a complex, and was easily accessible 24/7. Charlotte mentions there being a chance of noise late at night, because of the proximity to bars, but it didn't bother us at all being 4 floors up. She was polite, friendly, and reachable by phone throughout our entire stay, answering my questions quickly. The flat is spacious but still cozy, with more than enough space for a party of 8 people. We were all very happy with our stay and we would stay again.

It was a good quiet location and lovely to overlook the water while having breakfast. Everything was in easy access or walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Dave’s place is perfectly situated in a great area of Bristol only a short distance from some excellent pubs and restaurants and things to do The property is really nice, spacious and with all that we needed. Parking locally was pretty easy as well.

We had a wonderful time in Nic and Emily’s place, it is perfect for a couple to stay for few days traveling in Bristol, perfect location, easy access to city centre, the flat is well decorated, modern, cozy and comfortable, with a nice view of the river, it is silent and peaceful all night, everything in the flat is just great especially the shower, highly recommend!

I bought this as a mini getaway for my Mum and Grandma for my Grandmas 90th Birthday. Great location - easily walking distance into Leamington centre. My grandma loved looking out over the canal with her morning coffee. The both said the venue was very comfy and well equipped.

We were undergoing IVF treatment and needed to stay in Birmingham for a week. We were looking for last minute accommodation as the previous place we had booked was inhabitable and we needed somewhere clean with excellent hygiene to be able to administer my medication safely. Claire’s accommodation exceeded expectations! It was modern, stylish and squeaky clean! It truly felt like a home away from home for the week and myself and my partner both agreed that it made our IVF journey more relaxed and enjoyable! The hosts were quick at responding to any queries we had and everything was easily accessible. We were truly blown away! Would 100% recommend to anyone staying in the area, we will definitely be using again! Thank you so much x

My wife Jan and I stayed at Mark and Helen's Apartment for a few days and found it very spacious and clean with separate living/kitchen/dining, bedroom and large shower /bathroom areas. All the necessary kitchen utensils were included as were toiletries and towels/flannels. Mark was available at all times should we need any help. We would definitely stay at this Apartment again.

We enjoyed our stay at Jan's house in Someford Keynes. The rooftop entertaining space was a particular favourite of our group. For future travels, id note the following: * The ammenties in the holiday park are very busy and require significant prior planning. Unfortunately, our group were not able to swim as all of the slots were taken, and all spa appointments were booked weeks in advance. * There are a lot of children and families around the park. As such, there are a lot of rules for noise/entertainment (which is fair!), but just worth being aware of in case your group would prefer an adults-only experience. We enjoyed the space and appreciated the proactive communications from the host!

We loved our stay here. The place was cozy and had everything we needed. Location was perfect - very convenient for exploring Bath. Garden was a bonus - Kids enjoyed watching the chickens. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting this area!

Lovely property, top host and perfect site that the property is located on. The only comment I would have is the Spa is ran by an angry woman called Abbie and she is what I would describe as a fun sponge. If you plan to use the spa, be ready for it and it’s a real shame you are limited on time at the spa pools (but this is nothing to do with this property) They also have a hot tub coming soon, shame we missed it but we will be back!

Stayed for 3 nights for a get together with old friends. Weather was lovely and so we sat straight by the lake with a beer and spit of fishing. The views are fantastic and the surroundings are beautiful. Inside the place was spotless with lots of Room even with 5 of us inside. All the amenities we required were on hand. Good WiFi meant we were all able to communicate without any issues. The hot tub was the icing on the cake. Pure bliss! Walked over to the old boat house for a meal and drinks and then also walked to the Eliot arms for another great meal out. Didn’t want it to end. Would highly recommend this to either a family or group of friends. Awesome!

Absolutely loved our stay here. Perfect location, easy to go out and come back if needed. Comfy beds. Milk provided Private court yard but we also sat out by the river to people watch. The free river cruise you get with here was a nice touch. My husband thinks best place we've stayed. Lovely homely feel, we didn't want to leave. Will definitely be back. Only one thing after long drive there, there were no tea bags only a herbal one (I do normally try and remember some) but after a short walk to town to get some soon had cuppa in hand! Very handy for shops restaurants and walks along the river. Perfect few days. Thanks

We had the most relaxing weekend in Will and Amanda’s home. We took our paddle boards and used them on the lake directly outside. It was perfect in every way. We will definitely be back, Thankyou😊

We were hosted by Rebecca from 20th-23 June. The house was beautiful, well equipped and spotless. Really nice outside area to sit in the sun and admire the picturesque views of the lake. The dogs enjoyed walks around the lakes twice a day and it was a much needed break for us. My husband caught some colourful carp and tench. We would love to stay again and would recommend to others. A really lovely stay in South Cerney - the place was perfect, clean and comfy, with everything we needed/wanted including a BBQ and games, and in a beautiful setting and with lots to do on the doorstep. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Oxford. The location was perfect—just a short walk to Westgate, the train station, and several great cafes. The apartment itself was clean, stylish, and thoughtfully updated, with a pleasing aesthetic that made it feel like a true retreat. One of the highlights was the river flowing right by the property—it added such a calm, soothing touch to our stay. Highly recommend!

I had a birthday weekender with friends and the apartment is really lovely and suited us perfectly. Not just clean, but comfortable too with everything you need. The host is great and helpful. It all made the stay so much more enjoyable. 100% would recommend.

Mark the host very helpful and Sue friendly and full of local info. Got to say after using AB&B for a few years this is one of the most attractive and comfortable we have stayed at. We spent a few days cycling and relaxing, local bus service conveniently available adjacent to the apartment. Local pubs a bit of a walk but food and drinks available at both. Look forward to staying again.

We had an absolutely lovely time at Aubrey's place! It was the perfect location while we visited family and saw the sights around Birmingham. It was very convenient to walk to the train station and catch the train into New Street, as well as pop down the road for some delicious food (Dolphin, Tin Sing, and The Country Girl were all fabulous). We also enjoyed having a coffee on the back patio in the mornings, watching the train go by (the noise was not bothersome in the unit at all) as well as folks on the footpath behind the canal. We would happily stay here again as it had everything we needed!

We had a short stay of only two nights and didn’t really get around to using the many amenities provided, but never felt we lacked for anything that we did need. House and bed were comfortable, bathroom shower fixtures were easy to work. Good stay.

This location is exceptional ! we thoroughly enjoyed our visit, and returning to such a tranquil setting after our wedding was the perfect conclusion to a wonderful day. 🤍🫶

Evie's place was the perfect location - right in the heart of Oxford but very quiet on a private street. The apartment was perfect for our group of four women. Highly recommend!

Lisa's appartment is perfect. It is spacious, comfortable and very clean. It is also very cosy and beautifully decorated. You immediately feel at home. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need. The location is very good, in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the center. We parked the car in the Charlotte Street Car Park, a 5 minute walk away. The communication with Lisa was perfect. It was easy to enter the appartment, because she gave us clear instructions. We would definitely book again when we get back to lovely Bath! Thank you Lisa for your hospitality.
