We had a wonderful vacation at the Oxford House Cottage and in a word it was perfect. The house itself was fully equipped with so meny delightful details, very beautiful. In the area the is a lot to see and experience, we only had one week and felt like we could have spent at least a month. Ann & Pete are super considerate and friendly - they made everything very smooth. Thank you again, would be great to experience your cottage once again!

The photos don't do justice to the beautiful cottage and the lovely views from both the living room as well as the bedroom. The place offered lots of privacy with well kept garden around the cottage for our use. It comes with all amenities as exactly as described and was a perfect place to be away to unwind and be with the nature. The other big benefit is that it is located centrally to most of the attractions or places of interest within the Cotswolds area. So you can venture to any of those areas and be back to rest and relax at this beautiful place. We really enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend this place if you are planning to visit Cotswolds area.

Quiet, secluded, peaceful surroundings, spacious & comfortable accommodations. Can see why the Hen House consistently ranks as a top choice & A-bnb favorite. The Hen House has certainly become our favorite. Nicki & Johnny are fabulous hosts, considerate of guests' comfort & privacy. We were able to enjoy the meadow, long walks along the country roads, some fun table tennis, & quiet reading under the shade trees. A favorite time of day was having breakfast at the patio table just outside the door to the hen house, save a day or two, we had great weather for it. Wifi is excellent. Neil works remotely & never had a dropped conference call. There's plenty of games & DVDs for the rainy days; & the house is equipped with all the tools you'll need to keep it clean/tidy. I only wish I knew how to play the piano. I would have played a few tunes. If you enjoy birding, you'll love the birdsong & the birds that visit the garden, glorious. Truly a wonderful place to stay, enjoy & relax. Gracias!

Our stay at Jo’s cottage was absolutely perfect. A peaceful and beautiful spot in the Cotswolds. Accommodation exactly as described and very comfortable. Jo was friendly and a good communicator from start to finish. Would highly recommend for your next stay in the Cotswolds.

The Woodshed was absolutely beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. Our host was incredibly kind, thoughtful and we truly enjoyed the delicious cake. If you’re looking for a cozy and unforgettable stay, just pack your bag and head to this Woodshed . It’s truly worth every penny. We had such a lovely time and would definitely come back!

We were looking to experience life in the country side. And David's cottage provided us with exactly that. Away from the city and nestled in the peaceful village of Coberley, we loved everything about the house, the garden and the hosts. David and Tish were very warm and charming hosts. They provided recommendations, were very welcoming and helpful in every way. Our children loved them too. We had a lovely stay and have brought back beautiful memories with us

Sophia is a great host and the cottage is absolutely perfect. Felt like home in a fairyland. Very quiet and peaceful. Everything is accessible via car. Location is pretty secluded but google maps takes you right to the gate. Inside was very clean, most importantly linen was fresh and clean. Kitchen is well equipped. Host also kept full bottle of milk and orange juice! I have not seen such hospitality anywhere else. Cottage is big and exactly as described in listing. Very comfortable to sit around in living room. There were clear instructions on how to use heater if needed. There is also portable heater if desired. Shower is little tricky and sorta weird given the house structure. It is not a standup shower. You have to sit in tub and “bath” using handle. If you are over 5’10” may find it little tough to navigate. Although, there are clear instructions on how to use it and ton of amenities in the bathroom. Shower itself is very good. I would most definitely recommend this place!

This was a perfect stay for my mum and myself in an area we love and visit regularly. Everything was so easy…parking right outside, immaculate accessible bathroom, welcome snacks and the most stunning views. We were happy to sit outside on the swing seat and enjoy the countryside and the peace of nature. Right on the doorstep though there is a vineyard, garden centre, walks and cycling opportunities. This was a really positive experience and can’t wait to visit again. Thanks so much to Karen for her hard work and kindness.

We had a wonderful time at the Stone Barn! Nicky and Mark provided a beautiful home away from home that couldn’t have been better. It’s so peaceful and the views are amazing. The place was clean (beware if you’re not a fan of spiders though as there are a decent amount in corners, bathroom, etc due to the countryside location I’m sure) and they even gave us a lovely welcome package with local food items. They were responsive and made sure we had everything we need. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to call home in the Cotswolds area. We were within 1-1.5 hrs drive of all the major sightseeing places which was perfect.

We stayed here for 4 nights after getting married. Penny had surprised us by decorating the downstairs with congratulations banner, prosecco and glasses and a balloon and card, also the welcome pack was very lovely. There was a manual to help operate the tv, and all appliances and it also listed places to visit. This property was everything we were looking for and more, the place was lovely and quiet and peaceful and we really felt relaxed and comfortable but it was also easy to drive to local towns and amenities to see the sights, we ate in some lovely local restaurants. We were left alone to do our own thing but both Penny and Simon contacted us on a few occasions to let us know they were available if we needed anything or wanted any help with anything. What more can I say, we had a beautiful stay in a lovely clean and well looked after property and had a good rest, hopefully we will be back one day 🥰

It’s a great location for kids as they have a very nice field right in front of the house. House is kept top notch with very clean bed sheets.

Absolute gem of a place; it’s right on the border of town but you feel like you’re deep in the countryside. Pamela & Paul are both super friendly and welcoming - the actual accommodation is pristine with lots of attention to detail. The property overlooks v picturesque country views - there are horses, peacocks and two v friendly family dogs. Not many places like this - 5 stars!

Had a lovely couple of days at Hlolly Barn. It’s a beautiful property in a gorgeous spot. The weather was fantastic which made everything even better. It’s really very easy to explore some superb walks and trails across the common and downs. Brockhampton Estate is well worth a visit too. Sarah is very friendly and it’s great to know she is next door without being intrusive. Loved it!

Absolutely gorgeous barn conversion in a stunning, peaceful location with views across fields and a lovely little farm shop on site. Cath was super friendly, warm, helpful and incredibly responsive from the very first point of enquiring. It’s a real gem this place and great value too. Whether you want to just switch off and enjoy the peace and quiet and views or you want to explore Warwick, Stratford and the Cotswolds is a special spot.

Hunters Lodge was one of the best stays we have had. Everything from the outside to the fixtures and furniture was top quality. The place itself is very quiet and private, good size for two guests, lovely comfy bed and an amazing hot tub that was great for cooling down on hot days and nice and warm on cool evenings. A truly beautiful building with amazing interiors.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with freshly baked bread and a thoughtful basket of goodies — such a personal and generous touch. The space itself was beautiful, cozy, and spotless, with every detail carefully considered. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was our hostess. She was incredibly kind and welcoming — warm, helpful, and genuinely caring. It’s clear she puts her heart into making her guests feel completely at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to return. Highly, highly recommended!

Crucis Park was just what we needed for some of our wedding delegation! We had a large group with groomsmen and their partners and young families and the accommodation had loads of space, plenty of rooms and great games spaces. We had a wonderful stay at Amanda and Richard’s Airbnb! The location was absolutely beautiful and incredibly peaceful — the perfect escape. From the moment we arrived we felt warmly welcomed, especially with the lovely hamper and bottle of champagne. It was such a thoughtful touch that made the stay feel extra special. Amanda was a fantastic host — friendly, attentive, and clearly takes great pride in making sure her guests have the best experience. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway! Really great cottage for groups. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools. Working coffee machine. Child safety gate. Warm showers. Plenty of pillows and blankets as well as spacious rooms.

Have been staying here for 5 years…currently petitioning Mark to build a family house so I can bring the kids : ) I really believe this type of host and property will save Airbnb. Nobody i know really uses Airbnb anymore because it’s too expensive and poorly run around the world. Hotels provide so much more value than Airbnb…unless you compare them to Mark’s properties. This is how it should be done⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Where do I start…If you want serenity and peace, this is your place! The cottage is a pure slice of heaven and the perfect wind down conclusion from our trip to London and Paris. Beds = amazing. View = calming. Location = great for day trips through the Cotswolds and Eastern Wales. Evening walks on public foot paths through idyllic Cotswolds’ pastures. William and Kyra were some of the best hosts we’ve ever had. From pre-trip information and additional recommendations for our boys, to the welcome package including fresh eggs, freshly baked banana bread, and treats from the farm’s garden. Run don’t walk to your piece of heaven on Earth.
