Place has a beautiful view! Clean and cozy. Host was super nice and friendly and responded quickly. Overall: Great stay! Would def recommend:) Notes: Apartment: Perfect! No A/C but we just opened the windows and 100% of the time it was much more pleasant. Has washer dryer but be sure to ask for instructions lol The neighbor was doing some drilling so a bit annoying but hopefully they’re done soon. Access: A bit confusing at first but Iness was patient and explained a bit more thoroughly. Might have been that we just been flying for 13hrs though. Know there’s a ramp too and not only stairs to access building. Love that they had an elevator inside the building. Super secure and just nice. Location: Apartment building is in quiet modern urban area Transportation: Def be ready to walk if you’re planning to use trains. One train was 10 minutes and the others were more like 20/25. Ubers made it wayyy more simple but def more pricey if you plan on being out in Paris often.

I really liked this apartment, it is suitable for 4 people and even for a baby ( they also had a special crib); we had everything we needed:soap, towels, tea, coffee, iron, washing machine. Cleanliness, quiet place. Key access. 1st floor. We had everything we needed and even beyond expectations. Thank you, I would like to come back. A big plus area " La defense"

Very good stay in a spacious and well-equipped apartment. Pros: in-person welcome, parking space, balcony with views of the buildings of La Défense, secure residence. We recommend this property!

Djelloul was very welcoming and very precise in his instructions. In addition, the underground parking is really very reassuring. The building is also very secure.

Amaury and Marine were wonderful hosts! They were very kind and flexible for an early check-in. The instructions they left to access the apartment were extremely helpful. They also periodically reached out to us to make sure everything was okay during our stay. The apartment was beautiful, just like the pictures! It’s off a side street so the road noise isn’t a problem. The area has a lot of restaurants and boutiques to shop at. There’s a bodega just down the street that we visited for groceries as well. We look forward to staying here again next time we are in Paris :)

The location was perfect—just a 3-minute walk to the Palais des Congrès, which made attending the conference incredibly convenient. The neighborhood was clean, safe, and quiet, with many excellent restaurants nearby. What truly made the stay special was Mr. Adam, our host. His warm smile and kindness were truly touching and left a lasting impression. I would gladly stay here again.

Florence was exceedingly helpful and the apartment is decorated and furnished to a high standard.

Our stay was fabulous and the space was perfect for our family. The helpful and kind communication even before we arrived with Ines and the warm welcome by Sonia including the very thoughtful selection of treats and groceries provided made us feel welcome and comfortable. It was a great location and we greatly appreciated being outside of the city hustle each evening after very busy days exploring.

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

The interior of the apartment is perfect. The bed is large and very comfortable. It's clean and we have everything we need at our disposal. Nicolas' welcome was extraordinary. We arrived around 1pm while the apartment was available at 4pm. Nicolas warmly welcomed us to his restaurant and kept our suitcases. We therefore went for a walk and on our return, our two suitcases of more than 20kg were in the apartment. There are 3 very narrow floors so a huge thank you to Nicolas who probably saved us from back pain 😊 It's important to go and enjoy a delicious pasta and pizza meal at Nicolas' restaurant. It's delicious! Thank you for this wonderful stay!

Julian's accommodation is highly recommended. Although this is a bit far from Paris, you can get there quickly with the regional train. We had a nice stay there and would book it again at the next opportunity. Merci Julien!

Super clean, Mathieu was super responsive and friendly, and it was a great spot for being very near Paris but not quite in paris, so much quieter.

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

The apartment was fully equipped with ultra modern facilities esp. the kitchen and washrooms. The Kitchen is fully equip. with coffee machine, induction wd 4 flame, dishwasher, double door, refrigerator fine dinning cutlery and serving plates etc. of all superior n high grade quality. The washrooms were clean and all required amenities like soaps, shampoo, towels, even a toothpaste, though we were carrying ours. The clear view of Eiffel tower from the balcony of the apartment. Also its Balcony is quite spacious and has an awesome view of the Paris city including Eiffel Tower. The location is apt and quite railway station, 20-30 minutes taxi drive to Eiffel tower or central city, shop n store are nearby. Would recommend to stay for at least couple of days.

This place is extremely cozy, but the view is breathtaking, have the opportunity to enjoy the Eiffel Tower in all its glory, there were a few night were the sunset had beautiful colors and made the experience even better. The location is great in terms of public transportation and local stores and bars. Definitely I will book it again.

Roland’s hospitality was greatly appreciated. The suite was beautifully decorated and located in the heart of Montmartre. We appreciated the patio space and having a comfortable place to relax after a full day of exploring the city.

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!

Rarely seen beauty and perfect and sufficient supplies, this is the most impressive stay I have had in Paris, everything is as described, and Oliver is warm and responsive, no need to worry, great accommodation experience, if I come back to Paris, I will stay again!
