This is a refurbished apartment, very bright, comfortable and well-equipped, 45 m2, located on the twelfth floor offering a superb view from the balcony (5.5 m2) of Paris and La Défense. La Défense is a 5-minute bus ride from the accommodation (15-minute walk) and Paris is 15 minutes away (5-minute walk + 10-minute train ride). For sports and entertainment lovers, it is also a 30-minute walk to Paris La Défense Arena. This listing is my primary residence, it is very important to me; I love it very much.

It is next to the Park Chemin de l’île, the city market of Nanterre Ville, the University of Paris 10 Nanterre, and la Défense, the business district.
