Our place in West Bradford, a mile and a half from Clitheroe has great views, country walks, cycling and a restaurant a minute's walk away. Waddington, a mile down the road, has three pubs including the excellent Waddington Arms. You will love our cosy, compact cottage dating from the 1730's set in beautiful gardens. Fall asleep to the sounds of the babbling brook. A private patio overlooks the brook to fields. Pets are welcome. Note that due to its age, the door and original beam are low.

Crag Wood View Annexe

A beautiful garden annex with a separate kitchen and shower room over-looking Crag Wood located in our back garden.We are located just on the edge of Gargrave, and just a short walk to the Main Street where you can find x2 Yorkshire dales pubs, a co-op, pharmacy, cafe and some local shops. There is a bus stop a few minutes walk away, with bus services to Skipton, Settle and Malham.Please note the kitchen/bathroom are separate from the annexe & are accessed via a separate door directly next door.

Foxup House Barn is a converted one bedroom farm building, totally self-contained to the side of our house. It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. It is situated at the end of a no-through road, totally surrounded by hills with stunning views from every window. Newly converted in 2023 we have put much thought and love into the project, aiming to create a warm, comfortable and stylish space, finished to a high standard.

Sally’s Nook is a beautiful bolthole by the brook in the village of Hebden in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage is newly renovated to a very high standard and perfect if you want to treat yourself to a luxurious few days or week in the Dales . Swift cottage is a recently refurbished hidden gem tucked away amongst the back streets of Settle in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. An ideal base for walkers, cyclists and families. The cottage has two bedrooms (one King, one double) a log burner for those cosy evenings in and a small patio area for enjoying a nice relaxing drink in those summer evenings after a long day walking or cycling. 1 well behaved dog welcome.
