Alex’s place was perfect! We only spent one night but could have easily spent more. Very comfortable bed, and super clean! We arrived late in the pouring rain, but loved being able to run accross to the pub and get two beers to go and enjoy in our place. The Patisserie accross the street is delicious, to many good treats to choose from, we loved the baguettes and croissants we also tried pastries they were all so good! Great location to tour the Normandy area. Totally recommend

I visited in May 2025 with my elderly father. Sam and Seb are excellent hosts. They met us when we arrived, handed us the keys and showed us around. They were on-hand if ever we needed them as they live very close by. The apartment suited us well, was clean, tidy and well presented. The garden is really nice, has seating area and is well looked after. They also have chickens and two lovely cats. We were recommended a local restaurant which was as good as described. The apartment is right on the outskirts of Cruelly-Sur-Mer and the parking for my car was ideal. The main bedroom is really nice and airy - my dad used this. The second bedroom is on a mezzanine level above the kitchen and living area. I used this and I was very happy with it. The mezzanine bedroom wouldn't suit everyone as you have to climb up to it and it's in the apex of the roof space. I would have no hesitation in returning or recommending the apartment - provided the mezzanine bedroom suits your needs.
