The tastefully furnished holiday villa is located in the distinctive low mountain landscape of the Erzgebirge at the foot of the Fichtelberg. Built in Tuscan style, the villa is one of the most beautiful houses in the Erzgebirge, surrounded by meadows and forests, not far from Karlsbad. The exclusive furnishings and fittings are chosen with a lot of love for detail and breathe the atmosphere of cultivated private rooms.

On the first floor there are two quadruple rooms, on the second floor two triple rooms and on the third floor a cozy attic room for four people. There are two bathrooms with 3 massage tubs. The price does not include towels, only bed linen.

Ideal for staycation: sleeping in, breakfast in bed and pajama day for pure relaxation. The entire house can accommodate up to 10 people and can be rented on request for family meetings and events, including (vegan) catering. Right in front of the house is a forest with a bike path and numerous lakes. I'll be happy to provide further information.
