The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! Dog friendly. NB. Not suitable for anyone with limited mobility due to two steps into bedroom.

We hope its a perfect place to rest those sandy feet and unwind after a full day of sea air.
