The magnificent Putsborough beach is just 5 minutes by car, Croyde is 2 miles away, Saunton and Woolacombe beaches are all nearby as is The Southwest Coast Path.

You’ll be welcomed to our newly renovated annexe in the heart of Ilfracombe, on historical Fore Street. Our house is approximately 250 years old and ‘the annexe’, is a cosy one bedroom, first floor apartment, with private entrance. We’ve paid attention to detail, so you can enjoy luxurious hotel quality linen and art and decor from local artists and artisan makers. The annexe is a couple of minutes walk from the harbour and plenty of great independent shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs.

The award winnning Woolacombe beach is a short walk (around 3 minutes), and the apartment overlooks the beautiful Devon countryside. Flexible sleeping arrangements (one double bedroom + the second bedroom can be offered as either a double or with 2 twin beds) and there is free parking on site. It’s an easy and convenient base to enjoy Woolacombe and the surrounding area.

Backing on to the River Caen and overlooking the beautiful 13th Century Parish Church, the Barn is just a short 5 minute walk away from Braunton's Village centre and North Devon's 4 best surfing beaches are all within a short drive away (3-7 miles).
