There is a very laid back vibe and you can’t help but relax and everything you need is in walking distance. Sanderling is a very well equipped and fully refurbished.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the bungalow was extremely clean and had everything you could possibly need. It looked even better than the photos and we felt very at home there. The beds were very comfortable and the ensuite had the best shower I’ve ever experienced! The garden was nice to relax in with a great choice of seats. Perfect location, just 2 mins walk from the village where there are lovely places to eat, and 10 mins walk to the beautiful sandy beach and the south west coastal path. Croyde is a a lovely village and a great base to explore other areas. We loved North Devon and will definitely be back!

Cracking little find and something different with an upside down house . House was lovely and clean and for the first time staying in Croyde, we had water pressure for the shower .YAH THUMBS UP FROM THE TEENAGER .BIG WOOF Caroline and Richard were very response hosts and very kind. Was nice being away from the noise of the thatch and being a noisey neighbour looking at people in the camp site. back in Croyde In 3 weeks ,so let's see if it's free again. BIg woof from my dog,as even had bunnies In the garden to chase.

Lovely few days, the host gave clear instructions to find the barn. It was spacious and clean. Only downside was the wifi didn’t work so no signal in the barn (was told prior about this issue) and high window had no blind so not ideal for babies who need a dark environment it was bright late and early morning. Would recommend to others to stay :)

Thank you very much for a great stay in this fantastic apartment - perfectly located for access to Croyde village centre and beach, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. A couple of small issues on day 1 were swiftly resolved (that day), after which everything was perfect. Thank you for a great stay and we hope to be back in the future!

For more than 25 years, we've been visiting this area of North Devon, often passing through this charming hamlet on our way to the beach without ever pausing—until now. This place is simply idyllic, perfectly situated for beach days and wonderful walks along the coastal path. With the beach just 5 minutes away, it's ideal for leisurely strolls by the shore. The Barn has everything one could wish for—a true home away from home. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, and the modern bathrooms are a delight. We'll certainly be back. Thank you, Jon, for a memorable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Boathouse. The accommodation was very homely and comfortable. Super location on the North Devon coast which gave us easy access to the local Lee and Sandy bays plus the larger beaches at Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton Sands. The Boathouse is very secluded and had all the indoor and outdoor space we needed with very special views of Lee Bay. Can’t wait to visit again!
