Holiday rentals in Damp

We had a fulfilling time with our dogs in this nostalgic, super-equipped thatched cottage. The garden / property are safely fenced and the beds are also great. Despite the great facilities and the very well-preserved interior, we were a little surprised that the hygiene was not perfect. Although it is an old house, more attention should have been paid to cobwebs (e.g. on the ceiling directly above the bed or in cupboards), the removal of silverfish in the bathroom (moisture/ventilation issue) and the cleanliness of the floors. We had to wipe up something from time to time and afterwards the white kitchen roll was pretty dirty. Overall, however, this did not affect the nice stay, because otherwise hygiene & order were taken care of in places that were particularly important to us. We were very satisfied with the location, design, quality of the electronics and communication and are happy to be a guest again!

Lovely little apartment on the 5th floor of a large apartment complex with a beautiful sea view . Handover of the apartment friendly and without problems . I will gladly come back.

Very cozy, idyllic apartment with cabin feeling on the edge of the forest. Perfect for a break in the countryside and nature to escape the hustle and bustle. The apartment is located in a yard with very nice, helpful neighbors. There are also nice walks on the water, the Schlei is within walking distance. We also felt very comfortable in the apartment itself. Had a super relaxing, beautiful time there.

We had a wonderful time in Stefan's tiny house and will definitely come back! It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy time in nature. Both the accommodation and the outdoor kitchen are well equipped. Not far away, there is a beautiful route for jogging, first through woods and meadows, then along the Baltic Sea and sandy beach. We also recommend the farm's own honey. See you soon in Waabs!

The place is very nice, modern and fully equipped. Everything you need is there. Electric shutters and sight/sun protection plates on all windows, which is really great. It is wonderfully quiet, the property is very beautifully designed, extremely well maintained and generous. There are several seating options in the garden, even a beach chair. Plus lots of lawn to play for people and dogs. There were four of us in the house with already larger children (13&17) and the house is just sufficiently large for that. With smaller children or two, it is optimal. But we still felt very comfortable. Nikolai is a great host. Very friendly, always approachable and generous. The surroundings offer many opportunities for activities and with Eckernförde & Kappeln nice towns nearby. The Schlei is suitable for hikes and bike rides.

Since I accompanied my husband to the surgery with subsequent rehab for 11 days, I chose the apartment. Damp would not be the place I would choose for my vacation. Too many people, huge concrete buildings that are visually outdated, but a good infrastructure. A large Edeka, several restaurants, etc. The apartment was well appointed and furnished. There is more than listed in the description. The bed is 160x200 (looks smaller in the photo) and very comfy. It's just under the window where there's no blackout. 2 sliding curtains (decoration only) rattle on the bed frame when windy. There is plenty of storage space throughout the apartment. The kitchen is high quality and equipped with an induction hob. There are no basic amenities. Also towels and linens are only optional. Caroline is a real estate agent in the house, where you can pick up the key. Communication was poor. Questions about details were not answered

We felt very comfortable. The contact with Krischa was very warm. The yard is quaint. We enjoyed sitting in the sunny beach chair and watching the chickens. Occasionally Krischa cooks for the guests If you like to eat meat, don't miss it.

Beautiful little apartment right on the harbor of Kappeln with great views and centrally located. I liked the loving amenities and the great balcony - strawberries are growing there. Great for a getaway at the Schlei.
