Die Unterkunft mit zwei Privatzimmern liegt in einem denkmalgeschützten Haus direkt an der Zufahrt zur Schleuse in Holtenau. Sie hat einen separaten Eingang mit Duschbad, Schlafzimmer (Einbett), Wohnzimmer, keine Küche. Bis auf die Möwen und die Geräusche der Schiffe ist es sehr ruhig. In unmittelbarer Nähe laden Restaurants und Cafés ein. Die denkmalgeschützte Pflasterung auf dem Haushof ist nicht geeignet für High Heels und Gehilfen. Im Sommer lädt die Seebadeanstalt zu einem nahen Bad ein.

Supermarket, bus connection and bakery are a two-minute walk away. Tourist tax (2.50 euros per person per day) is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival.

We invite you to spend a few relaxing days in our beautiful apartment. It is about 38 square meters and has a separate entrance. It has a kitchen-living room, bedroom, TV and shower bathroom. Parking is available right outside the building. You are welcome to share our garden. A small sunny spot for breakfast is available in front of the house in our garden. We are happy to provide drinking water from our filter system.

There is also a TV corner. 1 car parking space in a parking lot secured with a barrier is at your disposal.
