Discover adventurous outdoor living in this oasis of tranquillity by the water! Only accessible by boat and boat is included (see photo), We always check you in personally and sail our own boat with you from the car park to the cottage in 5 minutes. Where we then explain a few things about the cottage and its surroundings. We are also at your disposal with a fast boat in case of emergencies. We ask an extra deposit for the boat of € 500,- because Airbnb does not insure it.

There are two luxury studios: "Rietkraag" & "Water"! Each has its own entrance and is equipped with a complete kitchen (including combi oven/microwave, nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, hob, cutlery, glasses & cups, plates and pans), 1 x double bed, shower, separate toilet, Smart TV, Free Wifi and balcony overlooking the Lakes. Basically, we have built Sustainable, Ecological, Circular. Plassenzicht Logies has been open since 06/09/22, making it new in its kind.

Our water park is located in a unique green location, in the middle of the Randstad on the edge of Roelofarendsveen. Here, you can experience the tranquillity of the surrouding meadows but with entertainment nearby. Amsterdam is just 20 minutes away (by car) from our park. In spring, it is easy to drive to both the bulb fields and the Keukenhof. It is an ideal place for a holiday with family and friends. Here, you can enjoy a luxurious, active and relaxing holiday.

A unique experience! Take a dip in the water, eat and drink on the terrace and enjoy the freedom. A true vacation feeling. Nice on the water and yet within walking distance of the city center of Utrecht. We hope that you can enjoy our nice home at home. Also super nice for children. We have a toddler ourselves so toddler bedroom, toys, bath and fence by the water.. it's all present! Please note : we have two (very sweet!) British Shorthair cats!

Tiny house: Romantic sailboat in Amsterdam.

Lovely (10 meter) sailingboat. Isolated, running water, wifi, etc, etc. Entrance, main cabin with a sink, table, sofas. Toilet, bathroom, bedroom in the front. The bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm). Third and fourth person in single beds on the other side of the boat. The fifth (smaller?) person can sleep in the bed in the front of the boat, or you can store your luggage there. Nespresso coffee machine, water cooker. Wifi. Shower on shore.

Are you looking for peace and relaxation come and enjoy our cottage on the water. Our vacation home is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children The stylishly furnished cottage is a nice place to stay. The spacious jetty with canopy is a lovely place to enjoy the view over the water. There is also plenty to do in the center of Breukelen such as various shops, supermarkets and restaurants.

Ground floor living room with kitchen block equipped with stove, microwave, fridge and washing machine. 1st floor double bed (140x200)with separate bathroom. The living room has a double sofa bed. Swimming pool 11x 4.50 meters for common use. Charging pole for electric driving is available.
