Monthly Rentals in Delta Township

Splash of sunshine was a small beautiful place to stay in. It had everything we need for our two day stay. The AC worked great the bathroom and bedrooms were clean. We did arrive during the night so it was hard to locate the house. I would recommend leaving the front light on if you have tenants that check in at night. But in the end I would recommend this home to anyone.

William was very responsive and available on-site. We ended up checking in a little late and he was accommodating. Our coach stayed here while our athletic team stayed in a house down the road, so we didn't really use the kitchen very much. The unit was tidy, no complaints. Our coach said he had a very pleasant stay.

Cristina was the best Airbnb host I’ve ever had. She was incredibly responsive and helpful - from letting me ship my bag early, store items, fix a broken doorknob in a few hours, getting the internet up and running when I was facing challenges. The apartment is cozy, comfortable and incredibly homey. I enjoyed staying here for every day of the last 10 weeks!

These folks really know what they are doing. I have stayed at several of their locations and they are some of the best places I have found on Airbnb. So clean well stocked and nicely appointed. Quiet neighborhood which is great for walking or bike riding only a short distance to capitol and downtown restaurants shops and parks
