The 109 sqm of living space are distributed over two bedrooms, a separate TV room, the spacious living-dining room with fully equipped kitchen, hallway, bathroom on the first floor with large sauna and the second bathroom on the upper floor. Two storage rooms offer enough space for bicycles, skis and everything that is bulky. One of the highlights: The large roof terrace with lake view!

The master bedroom has 2 single beds, 180 × 200 and a sofa bed 140 × 200. The bed in the second bedroom is 140 × 200. Each room has a desk and Wi-Fi. The apartment has an equipped kitchen, a large bathroom with shower and sauna. There is also a folding bed 90 × 200, a children's travel bed 60 × 120, and a highchair.

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

As guest of the Vicounts of Plettenberg, who have been living here since 1433, you can relax for some quiet days alone, spend a romantic weekend for two at the fireplace or take a family outing. In the winter, you can relax in the sauna and hot tub in the evening after a day in the snow. For nature lovers, summer invites you to numerous hiking trails or to chill on the new sun deck with a cool bathing tub. Our property is open. It is only surrounded by plants!

Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.

In der unteren Etage des Gebäudes befindet sich unser kleines Hofcafé, das nur am Wochenende geöffnet ist. Von dort geht es über eine Treppe zum Loft. Die Wohnebene ist ca. 65qm groß, eine offene Schlafebene ist über eine weitere Treppe zu erreichen!
