Monthly Rentals in Down Thomas

We had a wonderful stay. The area is lovely and it was very peaceful - just the calming sound of the waves nearby. With 3 beautiful beaches, each with their own character, within a few minutes' walk, it was so easy to explore without necessarily travelling much. We really enjoyed staying in the chalet - it had everything we needed and our holiday was a joy.

We had a lovely stay on the beautiful Devon coast for 3 nights, would stay again!

The “kitchen/living room” is a repurposed box room, but has everything you need for a short stay. Julie provided bottles water, bread, butter, jam, marmalade, milk, tea, coffee and some cookies so we were well stocked! The bed was comfy, and the room was clean and tidy. Bathroom was a good size and the shower had some shower gel and shampoo in there. Julie sent us all the details we needed for check-in in advance and sent us a message to make sure we had everything we needed.
