Holiday rentals with a patio in Downers Grove

This cute home is situated in a nice neighborhood and was clean when we arrived. Tiffany was helpful and left great instructions. We really appreciated it!

My stay here was absolutely amazing. Me and my guest loved staying here for my birthday. It was clean and just like the pictures and description.

I absolutely adore this incredible space. Iconic spiral staircase. The patio and rooftop make for great outdoor spaces to watch the sunset and rise. Very close to downtown. Everything is in walking distance. I believe this is my third stay here and I would absolutely return. Thank you for letting me stay.

Jim was a fantastic host. Very responsive and timely in his communications and support for our needs during our stay in their place. Their home was comfortable and well appointed with additional amenities you don't often see in AirBnB spaces, like N'espresso appliances and supplies. We would definitely consider repeat visits! Johana’s place is beautiful and very spacious. Beds are comfortable and there’s plenty of room to sit and relax. The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet and walkable. There’s lots of things to do a couple blocks over. The directions for checking in and out are clear and well explained. There’s a keurig machine and even some coffee stuff left to use. That is definitely helpful. There’s also a water and ice maker on the fridge which is very handy. Lots and lots of natural light with all the windows. Loved it!! I can’t say one bad thing about this stay. I hope to come back again.

We had a great time staying at the Hideaway Apartment in Palatine! It was easy to get inside and the apartment was nice. The place was very clean and organized, we felt very comfortable! There is a second floor deck, a nice spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning! It was easy communicating with the hosts, overall it was a great experience staying at the Hideaway, would recommend!

Spacious apartment with fun extras (puzzle, yoga mat, etc.)! It was easy-to-find and well-stocked with supplies, including thoughtful items for our use. It was clean and comfortable; we didn't use the kitchen at all as it was a very quick stay. The hosts are cognizant of the noise from the train and highway, and provide earplugs, sound machines, blackout shades, a fan, etc., to help ensure guests can sleep well. The local recommendations were great. Downtown Oak Park is about a 10-minute drive; we appreciated the ability to walk 5 minutes to a nice café or restaurant.

Miriam's place was fantastic for our family of five—two adults, one tween, one teen, and our bernedoodle! The recently remodeled split-level house was pristine, with a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, and comfortable beds for everyone. There were so many thoughtful touches, including pet essentials (food/water bowls, waste bags, and a towel to wipe our dog’s feet), a fully stocked coffee and tea bar, and extra toiletries in the bathroom (toothbrushes, toothpaste, makeup remover, Q-tips, cotton balls, etc.). The home is in a safe neighborhood, conveniently close to restaurants, shopping, and a new water park. It’s a beautiful, welcoming space, and Miriam was a kind and responsive host. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay here so much last year that we booked it for a second time. This home is beautiful, extremely clean, comfortable, and quiet. The kitchen is well equipped, and a bonus is the picturesque property with mature trees. The location is great for accessibility to route 59 and various parts of Naperville and surrounding areas. Super easy to find, and we love the keyless entry. We felt right at home!

Bart’s place was pristine. What we found was a clean, cozy and a warm beautiful space. Bart was responsive and accommodating. We were able to check in a little early and check out a little later. The location was ideal for us. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bathrooms too. We loved the backyard. We will definitely stay here again when coming to visit family and friends in Chicago.

I would definitely use this home again. The host, Syed, is very easy to communicate with and is quick to respond to any questions you may have. The place was cozy and relaxing for everyone. The basement was a hit with all the games and the beds are so very comfortable. The rooms do appear larger on the pictures, however, the place was well able to accommodate all of the guest. (18 people) Concerns would be to have enough bath/face towels for everyone especially if you are staying a few days. There is a laundry room though with a wonderful washer and dryer! Also, be prepared for ants. Maybe because of the season! Overall, I enjoyed my time there and would recommend it to others.

Spectacular place with so much to offer. Was pleasantly surprised with the outdoor setting. We were in town for a family wedding and the property was selected based on proximity to the venue. After this experience, we're considering scheduling a family reunion since the accommodations were so great!

It was a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the big city. A few great restaurants just a couple blocks away. And just a block away from bus stops.

My family and I were in town for my nephew's graduation, and Marika's home was truly beautiful, so inviting, and comfortable. She definitely paid attention to details that made the stay even more cozy. Beautiful property, and well appointed! Easy lovely, 10 minute walk to town, also. We look forward to staying there again when in Geneva 😊

The neighborhood has a welcoming, upscale vibe, which added to our peace of mind. A quick heads-up: the unit is a second-floor walk-up accessed via a private entry. Inside, as you can see has the spiral staircase; a unique architectural feature, but if you’re traveling with heavy luggage, it’s something to keep in mind. This is the second time I’ve stayed at this condo, and as always, it didn’t disappoint! It’s close to great restaurants and lots of things to do. I absolutely love the shared outdoor space as well.
