Townhome holiday rentals in Downtown, Nashville

Perfect for my family of 12. My dad had surgery at Vanderbilt and location was perfect for us to go between here and the hospital. Very handy to restaurants and stores. Overall a good experience.

Great weekend in Nashville, plenty of space, so clean! Very quick Uber to downtown! Kitchen well stocked. More than enough essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, nice hand soaps, all those extras that you sometimes feel like you need to go buy. Great communication, and I really don’t think the pictures do it justice. I would definitely stay here again!

Guy was a great host! He was proactive and responsive; provided helpful and timely information. The unit was amply stocked with needed supplies. Guy was also extremely helpful after someone in our party left something valuable in the unit. We would be happy to book the unit again if we are back in the area.

First, Jeff is an amazing host. His place is great! It’s a full townhome, completely private, with a garage, comfortable and clean. We felt right at home, and were very impressed with the amenities offered. The location of the property is perfect, just minutes to Lower Broadway by Uber/Lyft. Also, you can see Nissan Stadium from the roof top deck. So, if you are coming to town for a NFL game, this is your place! Safe neighborhood, restaurants nearby. We will definitely be using Jeff’s place again.

This was absolutely perfect in our last minute adventure to find something after our plans got canceled! It was super clean and had gorgeous views from the rooftop! would stay again.

I was amazed by the airbnb. We got it last second due to a cancellation of the festival we were attending. Mat was very flexible and allowed us to check in a little early to rest after being on the road all morning. The place is amazingly spacious. Great views of the skyline from the rooftop area. Great espresso machine. The bunk beds are huge! Every bed was comfortable. The Cold plunge and sauna?! That’s a rare but much appreciated amenity. I would book everytime I visit Nashville.

The stay was great. Check-in was extremely simple and straightforward and the instructions were clear and easily understood. The home was really nice. Very clean and modern and stocked with all the necessities. Location is very close to downtown with lots of food options within a short drive. Andrew was extremely responsive and made it very easy. I would absolutely stay here again!

Malina and Jordan were great hosts! They were extremely responsive to any/all questions we had during our stay. The “Home in Nash” was spacious, beautifully decorated and clean as a whistle! It completely accommodated our group of four adults and two children, and we probably could’ve had a few more people join us! I have already recommended the place to friends, andand I am likely to return there in the future.

There is simply too much to say, so I’ll let the other reviews, description, and photo speak for themselves. We absolutely felt comfortable and spoiled in this luxurious townhome. It was completely spotless but certainly not sterile feeling - it was warm and cozy and truly felt like home, and beyond. Having a roomy garage was a huge perk as well. I would be remiss not to mention that all of this was possible for us because of the passion, clarity, vision, friendliness, and attention to detail Abby and Frederico put into this AirBnB. And truly, it was a great value for everything provided. Highly recommended and will be back!

Cal was super friendly, helpful and responsive. We asked, he delivered. Location was quiet and peaceful. Didn't hear a peep from the neighbor(s). Couple of very very minor hiccups that were immediately addressed. That tells me that Cal IS a super host. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you Cal.

This place was SO nice! Looked exactly like the pictures but more spacious. It was super clean! Thoughtful snacks were provided and a book full of information was also set out on the counter. We also loved that we could park in the garage!

We loved staying in Owen’s place! It was super homey and convenient for exploring Nashville. Owen left a lot of helpful instructions and recommendations, too.

We had a great time staying here for my friend’s bachelorette! The place looked just like the photos—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. While the location isn’t right by Broadway, it was only a short Uber ride away, so it wasn’t an issue at all. The rooftop was definitely a highlight and a perfect spot to celebrate. The only small suggestion would be to upgrade the mattresses on the lower bunk beds for added comfort. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from start to finish. We’d definitely stay at one of Harley’s properties again!

Our hosts were very responsive to our needs. Bad weather caused our event to be postponed and Dorinda was quickly able to help with absolutely no notice and without any problems! Beautiful clean townhouse with a lovely and responsive host located in a quiet gated community. The place was modern with like new features in every room. Clear check in and out communication. Lovely features such as outdoor swing chairs and complimentary coffee. This place was beautiful and felt like home for my family of 3. ! Highly recommend!

Linda’s place was perfect..great location from the city quick 8 min uber ride. We got in earlier than expected and Linda was kind enough to give us an earlier check in. I will definitely stay here again

My group came for my bachelorette trip and we really enjoyed our stay! It was a great get away and we absolutely loved the roof top porch. It was tucked away in a quiet location so we were able to relax and rest.

This place worked great for our girls trip! There was so much bedding. We loved all the bathrooms, they made getting ready so easy! There was also a Mexican restaurant within walking distance! We would definitely stay here again!
