Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Downtown, Nashville

This was a great stay for 6 adults. My siblings and our spouses. It is located on a quiet street. The parking was quite convenient in the back. The house was clean and the open concept living was perfect. The dining table/pool table was a nice feature and on the rainy days and evenings we played. The screened in porch was perfect to enjoy your morning coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening outdoors without dealing with bugs. The drive to Broadway was only about 10 minutes away. We highly recommend this location.

Fantastic place to stay that was located in an ideal spot whether you want to go down town or explore other spots in the area. The house alone had enough to do for an entire weekend from teeing off golf balls, relaxing in the sauna, watching a movie in the basement that gives an actual movie theater feeling and cooking amazing meals with the perfect kitchen loaded with all the tools to do so.

This home was so fun to stay in with its themed rooms. Everything was beautiful and comfortable and exactly as described. Would highly recommend and would hope to stay there the next time we visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Kari's place! Everything was just as described-clean, cozy and thoughtfully arranged. The location was perfect-close to everything but still peaceful and quiet at night. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, clean and comfortable place to stay.

This was a much needed oasis on our way to Bonnaroo. It was great to have a very good night's sleep before heading out to what ended up being a flooded festival. Was hoping to stay again after. The coffee corner is a life saver.

Great Airbnb and probably the cleanest one I have ever been to! Courtney had really thought of everything from the decor to the tripod to take group photos. She was very responsive and I would highly recommend her place for your next girls trip to Nashville. Also the beds were extremely comfortable and there is lots of left over bachelorette decorations/props for the next guest to use. Enjoy! Cheers

I enjoyed my stay at Amy’s! She communicated very well, space was nice just as pictured. Would definitely stay again!

The other guests and I loved our stay. I appreciated the fact that we were able to park in the garage. The beds are super comfortable, and the master shower is *chef’s kiss*. The back patio is great place to chill, and the grass wall made for cute pictures!

Our group of 8 stayed here and it was perfect. Super closed to Broadway, just down the road to some of the best bars! The place was comfortable, couch area seats so many, kitchen is well stocked to be able to cook full meals. The access to BBQ and pool area was awesome but does fill up on the weekends. The host is super responsive and answered all questions asap. Staff in the building is courteous soo friendly. Great spot!

Pavel and his place were super great! He was super attentive and helpful and recommended places to eat and go out. The home was clean and quiet. Everything was so amazing ! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others :)

Natalie is an exceptional host—super responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The thoughtful touches and great communication made our trip truly special. Ron & Susan’s place was above and beyond what we expected! Their home is beautiful, comfortable & homey, and is right in the thick of everything and everywhere of Nashville! Easy access to multiple areas either via walking or uber! The assigned parking space was awesome as well. Highly recommend Ron & Susan’s home and can’t wait to return! Donna’s place was just as pictured and was peaceful and serene. There were many special touches and supplies for our dogs. The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!!

Love love love! It was the perfect cozy little place for our girls trip! Perfect for the 3 of us. It was so clean and had literally everything we needed. Anna was so kind and very responsive, a wonderful host. 10/10 would stay again when I visit Nashville!

This is a very comfortable place to stay. Great neighborhood. Hosts have put forth alot of effort to make the apartment clean and nice given that it's an old building. Just know you're staying in a vintage-ey apartment. Great little extras to make it homey and convenient. Really well-stocked kitchen and bathroom. The king-size bed is soooooo comfortable! Easy access through the front of the building or through the porch door which is just to the right of the front door. There is some instruction that is confusing about entering through the back - don't go that way. It's on a busy street so there is some traffic noise at times. Plenty of parking. I was sent many emails from Airbnb and Music City Magnolia and I had trouble locating the check out instructions. There are many instructive signs around the apartment which was really helpful - one for what to do to check out (garbage, temp. setting, etc.) would be great. Lovely little place that we would use again!

Shannah's place was clean and comfortable. It was a perfect landing spot for my family after a long day of travel and great location for exploring Nashville.
