Die FeWo mit 40m2 befindet sich in einer ruhigen , idyllischen Lage auf unseren Dreiseitenhof . Aus der Wohnung tretend befinden sie sich gleich auf der zu ihrer Wohnung gehörenden Terrasse. Die 2 Betten sind 1m breit und 2m lang , 1 Schlafsofa ist 2×2 m , als 3.Bett sehr bequem. Sie wandern in 15min.durch die Weinberge und erreichen das Seußlitzer Schloß ,der Elbradweg ist von uns aus nur 400m entfernt , im Naturbad Goltzscha relaxen perfekt. Parkplätze und 2 Fahrräder sind kostenfrei .

El apartamento está en la segunda planta de una villa histórica de 1982. Muy bien comunicado, a pie del centro, supermercados y restaurantes. Ideal para grupos. Parking y sala para bicicletas. Unser Haus Seeblick ist ca. 100 Jahre alt und wurde gleich nach dem Bau der Talsperre Malter an einem Seitenarm errichtet. Heute dient es als Wohnraum für unsere Familie und für Feriengäste. Außerdem können Gäste unseren Saal weitere Räumlichkeiten zum Feiern oder auch zur Weiterbildung nutzen. Der Garten mit Blick und Zugang zum Wasser ist ein sehr schöner Ort zum Erholen. Für alle, die ihrem Körper gerne etwas Gutes tun wollen, gibt es einen stilvollen Fitnessraum im Haus.
