At the same time, you are only about 600 m away from the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping opportunities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is 35 m² in size with a living-dining area, bedroom, shower room and a beautiful terrace with lounge furniture and sun until the evening hours.

A great place to stay and relax. The apartment is located close to the Szczecin Lagoon and Trzebież with its beautiful yacht marina, surrounded by peaceful nature. The space is large, bright and very comfortable, ideal for families or longer stays. We love animals and pets are welcome. Szczecin is just a short drive away. Guests can enjoy a bonfire and relax in the calm countryside. A complimentary swimming pool is available from July 1 to September 1.

Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom.

Free rowboat use in Rieth included (May to October). In the middle of the “Am Stettiner Haff” nature park and on the edge of the Ahlbecker Seegrund nature reserve, our romantic farmhouse from the early years of the last century is located on a large, fenced property. The farm consists of a house surrounded by linden and spruce trees with a well-kept front garden lined with boxwood and an adjoining thatched barn.
