The house is an old townhouse - completely restored in 2008. Located in the center of Dronninglund, close to shopping. There is a lovely courtyard with a covered terrace. There is plenty of beautiful nature in the area with forest, lake and only 7 km to the beach in Aså. The house is 169 sqm and on 2 floors. I have 2 cats and 10 chickens, which need to be looked after by the people staying in the house. The cats can run in and out of the house. The chickens just need to be let in and out. And then, of course, you just have to fill up with food for them if needed.

Cozy guest apartment (detached house) surrounded by nature, green surroundings and a fantastic tranquility. The apartment is part of the old village school - Hedeskolen. The property is located in the area of Aslund by Aslundskoven on the outskirts of Vester Hassing, where there are shopping opportunities and a 5-minute walk to a cozy farm shop and café (Fredensfryd). Hou and Hals, which have North Jutland's most beautiful beaches, are only 15 km away, and North Jutland's capital - Aalborg - is 19 km away.
