Grace and Daniel are outstanding hosts. They were extremely accomodating to any needs I had during my stay and are very friendly. It’s very easy to get into the city centre as public transport is right nearby and there’s also plenty of shops within walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again if in Manchester!

We had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and made us feel very welcome. The location was perfect—quiet and convenient, close to everything we wanted to see and do. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

We stayed here with a nearly 1 year old and it was great! We were able to borrow most things we needed although Laura kindly offered to help us if we couldn’t source anything baby related. Really well kitted out and all completely as described. Amazing location in a lovely quiet area yet close to the buzz of West Didsbury. Laura and Jonny were so accommodating. A lovely stay.

Great place for a visit up to Manchester. Easily accessible off the motorway, easy to locate. Comfortable for both of us, just what we wanted. Highly recommended

The apartment is located in central Manchester , with tram, bus , train station close by. Many restaurants of all kinds near by. The flat is on first floor and the lift was not working. A lady from the shop in ground floor helped us to carry the luggage up. Dominic was very responsive through messaging, though there was an initial confusion about the instructions for getting in. He was also kind enough to let us do an early checkin. The second double bed is on the mezzanine floor above kitchen and the stairs access to that is a little unstable. One has to be careful when climbing up and down. Kitchen has adequate amenities like oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, washing machine. and very limited consumables like tea/ coffee powder and some milk.

From booking to leaving Joanne was extremely helpful. Really clean and comfortable. A real bonus for us was the easy access to many walks and the peaceful setting.

Definitely a great spot if you have to spend more than a night or two in the centre of Manchester (and don't want to eat in restaurants for every meal) . Easy walking distance to public transportation, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, etc. The apartment is on a busy street but I didn't notice much street noise...but if you have the bedroom windows open you'll definitely hear a lot of noise from trash collection! The apartment is, clean, comfortable, and really spacious. Michelle was a very responsive host and all the checkin instructions were extremely clear and easy to follow. I had a great stay and would be happy to stay there again.

It was a brilliant stay, the host was incredibly helpful when I was asking questions about the stay. She even let us use the drive way early to then venture off into the city so we did not have to worry about our luggage etc. The location was fantastic it was far enough from the city traffic was not to bad and it was nice and quiet in the evening, but then also not to far away so it was hard to get around… just right. The rooms ware very spacious, a perfect get away venue for yourself and a couple mates or your family. I will be staying again when I come back to Manchester for sure!

I have been on Airbnb for almost 10 years and have stayed in many places in different countries - but this place was hands-down the best, most comfortable and most welcoming place I have ever stayed in. The seventies room is even more beautiful in person and the entire house is such a fabulous space that invites you to relax and have an enjoyable time. Jessica is a fantastic host who made me feel incredibly welcome in her home. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. The bathroom is nice and has a wonderful rain shower. The breakfast bar was such a nice extra and I loved sitting in the dining room, having tea and reading, while jazz music was playing softly - chef's kiss! I cannot stress enough what an absolute delight it was to stay here and I cannot wait to come back and stay again sometime! Thank you so much for having me!

The location was perfect — right in the heart of Manchester — and the interior décor was simply stunning. The apartment was immaculately clean and felt like a true home-from-home. Our host went above and beyond from start to finish, making everything seamless — from the booking process to the warm welcome and local tips. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more. A truly exceptional stay!

Felt very comfortable staying at his home and everything was as described in the listing. Great place to stay for a couple nights and Rude was very hospitable and friendly.

Great place to stay, the whole place is pretty clean, had a very homey vibe, and jack includes a lot of amenities that other places don’t even bother giving. Honestly an amazing place to stay, which the common area on the middle floor it gave almost like a high quality college dorm vibe. 100% would recommend. The only thing to mention is that during the summer the nights can get a little warm due to the lack of AC, but that is not the hosts fault as ACs are not the most common thing in the UK where usually the weather doesn’t get to warm. If I’m every coming back to Manchester, will definitely have this place in mind!

BEAUTIFUL place in a lovely community, very walkable! Back garden is lovely and basement washing machine/dryer keep the noise away. Beds are on the soft side and incredibly comfy - very spacious as well. The kind of place where you'd happy walk around barefeet as well. Lovely bathroom with amazing shower

My teenage daughters and I stayed at James’s place, it was easy to access, communication was great with James and a small issue whilst it couldn’t be rectified at the time (it didn’t bother me) he informed me it was fixed after we left which is great. There was a local store to get bits and pieces of food and drink. Easy access to Manchester and a view of the river from the back of the property. The girls said it was also good for tiktok’s or Insta posts as it had good mirrors!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this property! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described—if not better in person. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. What truly set this stay apart, though, were the hosts. They were incredibly responsive, attentive to our needs, and always polite and professional in every interaction. Any question we had was answered quickly and helpfully, and it was clear they genuinely cared about our experience. Allison and Team are just wonderful. A beautiful room exactly as described in the images and description. The room was pristine and easy to get into. Even had a tower fan to help cool down in the hot summer.

So responsive gave amazing restaurant recommendations and was just great, I struggled where to park he quickly responded and gave clear directions, even left us a couple of beers in the fridge for us! Thank you so so much!! Room was as shown lovely little terrace and what an amazing place he made the flat! Easy place to get around to restaurant and bars and could book a taxi right outside to the rest of Manchester, parking over the road and completely clean and tidy! Great place to stay in Manchester. Really spacious flat with comfortable bed and common areas. I’d been staying in hotel for several days, so it was nice to have a washing machine, full kitchen, and even a tub in the bathroom and make myself at home for a few days. The location is really quiet and off the beaten path. It is about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the heart of the Northern Quarter, and more time to other areas of downtown. Lots to see and do in Manchester, but mostly just really enjoyed having a wander around. Had a really good time visiting all the bakeries in neighboring Ancoats! I ended up making this booking on the same day I was checking in and Ryan was really communicative in both accepting and the booking and getting me checkin details quickly. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
