Clean and well-equipped accommodation, we were also able to benefit from amenities for our one year old child. The accommodation has been tastefully renovated. We felt good in this little cocoon for a few days. Ideally located, we were able to enjoy Granville city center only a ten minute walk away. Granville station is easily accessible. Local shops are nice, super Burger offered right next to the accommodation, Lidl accessible a few minutes away, pharmacy and bakery are also very close. We had a pleasant stay in Granville. We had a pleasant one-night stay for 6 people in this clean, functional apartment, ideally located in the center of Granville. Communication with the host was perfect: very responsive and accommodating, she allowed us to arrive a little earlier and leave our luggage after check-out, which was very much appreciated. The only small downside: the bunk bed creaks a little. But that didn't spoil our stay. We recommend it without hesitation!

We had a very quiet and restful 2 night stay in the gite. It was in very tranquil surroundings and perfect if you want to get away from it all, but be within distance of the coast and other attractions. The accommodation was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Claire and her family were extremely friendly and helpful and very proactive in asking if we needed any help & reaching out to offer advice about the locality, etc. We would definitely like to return next time we are in the area.

Beautiful location for this old house that has its charm. A very nice view from the second floor bedroom. Possibility to then do everything on foot and access the shopping street in 10 minutes walk. Friendly stay. Accommodating host for the departure time in low season. A small point to note, the sound insulation between the rooms could be improved. We appreciated the bouquet of fresh flowers on our arrival.

We recommend Stéphane's house. She has an extraordinary charm. It's peaceful and relaxing. Stéphane is a very responsive host.

We had a great time with the family. Stephan welcomed us very warmly with a great island meal. Very large, and spacious accommodation, it offers a lot of activities, billiards / foosball / barbecue..... The jaccouzi is a big plus. I highly recommend!!:)

Great stay in a nice, well-located and quiet accommodation. Extremely clean with everything at your disposal, Armelle is a caring host. Relaxing at the SPA is a real plus after the days of sightseeing. I highly recommend it.

We had a great time with friends. House is great for families as well as groups. It is perfectly located, decorated with great taste and extremely well equipped. We really feel the attention to detail and the care given to the comfort of the hosts. Everything is designed to make you feel good, from the accessories and products available up to the layout of the bedrooms, all with their private bathrooms – a real plus! The exteriors are spacious, very well maintained and perfectly equipped: heated spa, large covered outdoor table, sunbeds... Ideal for enjoying sunny days in a friendly atmosphere. A big thank you also to the owners, very welcoming, available and discreet. Their kindness and responsiveness greatly contributed to the quality of our stay. We warmly recommend this place.

We had a lovely stay in Granville. The apartment is as advertised and is very well located (2 min from the city center on foot and 5 min from the martime train station). Régine welcomed us very warmly in the apartment and the communication with was clear and fluid. We would recommend this listing.

Just PERFECT! First of all we were welcomed by a friend of Nathalie's who welcomed us very warmly and her offers to remain at our disposal in case during our stay! When we left we were lucky enough to see Nathalie who is extremely kind and even drove us to the train station! Regarding the accommodation there is nothing but then really nothing to say... apart from that it is just perfect! Don't rely on the photos because it was very spacious we were surprised by the way, it is also full of charm and we felt like home there especially since it enjoys a just exceptional situation! The value is really amazing, you can go without a second thought! It will be difficult to find things to say but to want to stay there! Another big thank you to Nathalie for her kindness and are careful as well as to friends for hosting us!

Great stay with Zabeth and Pascal. A warm personal welcome, with an explanation of the excellent equipment and the surroundings. Refrigerator filled with soft drinks, yogurt, butter, jam, etc. Furthermore, sufficient coffee is available, including for the Dolce Gusto. Apartment is very tasteful and trendy. The apartment is located on a dead-end street, close to the city center. As a result, it is very quiet in the street and there is no noise nuisance. These superhosts with their beautiful 2 private apartments, are definitely recommended. Thanks for the super nice stay. R&R

Pleasant stay, the apartment is very well located to enjoy downtown Granville and walks on the coast. You can get everywhere on foot. Nathalie is friendly and welcoming.

We had my husband and I had a very pleasant stay everything was really perfect A spacious, well appointed, quiet and impeccable apartment with very comfortable bedding. Not to mention the parking space which is still a plus 👍 Patrice and his wife were really very welcoming and we'll be happy to come back. Just a small downside is missing a TV 📺 Thanks again!

Apartment facing the harbor absolutely great to live to the rhythm of fishermen and tides. Very well located, everything is on foot whether it is the walks by the sea, the old town or the city center with artist shops and independents. The apartment is as described, well arranged with a beautiful kitchen and a beautiful living room, ideal for cocooning. The plus, the garage and the private elevator.

Beautiful apartment, quiet and very well equipped. The location is ideal: 2 minutes from the beach without having to cross the road, and 10 minutes from the center of Julouville and shops. The big plus: the exteriors with the garden furniture and the courtyard in which you can park the cars. All surrounded by a fence that makes it so there are no neighbors. We didn't meet Céline and Étienne but they are super responsive if we need anything and very accommodating. I think we'll go back

Marie-Claude is absolutely kind, even coming to pick us up at the Granville train station. A small welcome gift for my son, beautiful cherries!! The accommodation is faithful to the listing, very close to the center, the beach and the Upper Town, perfect for a long weekend in Granville.
