Unser Terrassen-Apartment befindet sich in der ersten Etage eines renovierten Jugenstilhauses aus dem Jahr 1906. 
Dir stehen zwei Zimmer - ein Schlafzimmer und eine Wohnküche - mit insgesamt 70 qm, sowie eine Terrasse mit 45 qm zur Verfügung. Die Fenster der Wohnküche haben Blick auf einen ruhigen Innenhof, auf die Terrasse und in den Garten. Du wird dich gleich wohlfühlen, wenn du ein grosszügiges renoviertes Altbau-Ambiente im eklektischen Stil mit viel Kunst an den Wänden schätzt.

Beautiful 1-room apartment (ground floor) in the old building with separate kitchen-living room and bright modern shower room with window. The room has a double bed (1.80 m), TV and free Wi-Fi. Towels are changed weekly, linens every 14 days. In the courtyard there is a seating area (for smokers). Free public parking is available on the surrounding streets. Good public transport connections (buses, 2.5 km to Neusser train station), shopping and laundromat nearby.

Spacious kitchen-living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower and a large roof terrace with all-day sun - hammock included :-) Whether couples, solo, family with/without children, business or backpackers. Feel welcome! Extra bed 200 x 80 (a good one!) or cribs are also available.

Our 90 sqm apartment for 1 to 4 people is centrally located on the edge of a small forest, close to shops, restaurants, public transport and the highway to Düsseldorf or Cologne. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a modern bathroom, a large terrace with an awning, and a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, sofa bed, and a workstation. The apartment is ideally suited for both professionals and couples as well as for families.

A short distance to the airport and Messe Düsseldorf. Apartment near airport / trade fair

This stylish place to stay is perfect for trade fair visitors. There is a direct bus connection to the airport and an indirect but equally fast connection to the fair and the stadium. If necessary, I offer a free shuttle service (1x/day to the fair or airport). A shopping service for food / drinks and a morning delivery service for fresh baked goods can be booked for a fee.

Quiet, central apartment with balcony

I am renting my bright, centrally located 1-room apartment in Düsseldorf in the district of Derendorf. There is a balcony, an elevator and within a radius of 200 meters restaurants & snack bars en masse. A supermarket is also just a few meters away and the S-Bahn [suburban train], bus and U-Bahn [subway] are also quickly accessible.
