The bathroom has a bath with shower over. The second bedroom has twin beds and a garden view with the countryside beyond. There is an open plan living space. Views of the sea from the front sitting area and master bedroom French doors from the dining area open onto a large raised deck with steps down into the garden.

The Garden Wing is a very special tranquil place

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). Lovely Conv. Church, East Cowes

3 Church Mews Cottage (EAST COWES) is a 2 bedroom cottage that forms part of an award winning church conversion on the IOW. A few yards from the chain ferry to West Cowes and 1 min walk from the main car ferry at East Cowes. Also a few mins walk from the beach and esplanade. The building is Grade II listed and features include the original stained glass windows in the living room and bedroom and arched sash windows throughout, adjacent to Cowes Harbour and offers fantastic views of the Solent.
