Light and bright small self contained annex in a picturesque village setting. A short walk to two village pubs, and 5 minutes walk from the southdowns way, ideal for walkers and cyclists. 2 ½ miles from Petersfield town centre and mainline station to Waterloo. I am a huge believer in reuse and renew, doing whatever I can to help the beautiful environment we live in. Most of my furniture is salvaged or upcycled and functional. Bag transfer, dinner and packed lunches available upon prior request.

Welcome to our Annexe. It is a modern, self-contained 2 storey accommodation with a modern fully fitted kitchen (and appliances), living area, gallery bedroom (with double bed) and ensuite. Built in 2013, the annexe is accessed via a private entrance. Free on street parking is available. The Annexe is located in a quiet residential close, approximately 1.1 miles from Petersfield High Street. Welcome to The Annexe, our 2-level detached annexe next to our family home. It is quiet, light and spacious, suitable for both home working and relaxing. It is easy to explore Farnham and the beautiful countryside on our doorstep. Guests who stay with us attend weddings nearby, are working locally, visiting friends and family or breaking up their journey if travelling from further afield. We are very close to Frensham Ponds, Alice Holt Forest & Hankley Common. We can accommodate late bookings.

Converted in 2018, Grade II listed The Lodge at Bridge House is a boutique, self-contained, 2 storey accommodation in central Petersfield, a market town in the heart of the South Downs. Private Annexe in Hartley Wintney

Our modern Annexe is located at the rear of our home, it has its own private access and gated parking to the front. Just on the outskirts of the beautiful village of Hartley Wintney & a 10 minute walk to the centre, there is a Tesco Express, restaurants, takeaways, cafes and 2 local pubs, one situated on the edge of the Cricket Green. Easy access to the M3 & M4 motorway and close to Fleet, Farnborough and Hook. With the village and local walks on your doorstep this is the perfect getaway!

Large guest house

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Modern building set at the bottom of a private garden, this lovely space is laid out like a studio flat - equipped with double bed, tv, shower room and toilet, internet and its own private entrance and private garden area with patio. Located in a residential area within 5 mins walking distance of Alton town. Easy access to the Watercress line, train station, flood meadows and a short walk to Chawton Village and Jane Austin's house.

A self-contained, cosy loft studio with everything you need for a relaxed stay and stunning views to the South Downs. Fast Satellite Wifi, parking, deck area plus garden space with seating. Shower room, kitchen area with microwave, coffee machine, fridge, air fryer, bike store. Beautiful scenic walks, cycle routes. Near to Liphook, Haslemere, Milland, Goodwood, Midhurst, Cowdray, West Wittering beach. Rural yet 3 mins by car from station, shops and a great pub. It’s a lovely place.

Bosham (A) stylish en suite bedroom, self check in

We totally renovated our house a year or two ago and designed our purpose built self contained guest Annexe. The room is bright and light with an ensuite shower room and a SIMBA king size bed. There are a couple of easy chairs to relax in and a little table and chairs to eat/work a. There are no cooking facilities but there is a mini fridge, kettle and toaster and we supply tea, coffee, bread & milk. There is safe parking on our private drive right outside your entrance door.

Our guest annexe is a 1 minute walk to the beach at Bracklesham Bay and 8 minutes walk to Rewild beachside sauna. With attractions, such as Goodwood, Chichester Festival Theatre and the South Downs close by as well as the beach, this is a superb location - 4 minute drive to East Wittering village and 7 minutes to the beautiful sandy beach at West Wittering You can watch stunning sunsets on the beach and then come back to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.
