We had a wonderful week at Bea’s place. The cottage is gorgeous and layout worked well for our family. Highly recommend a stay here and a visit to South West Pizza!

We had a lovely stay at Julia’s in Topsham, we had great communication from Julia and she was very accommodating with a late check out. Looked exactly as the photos, quiet and cosy and clean. Would recommend! Also very close to all the shops and pubs.

Charlotte was excellent—responsive and thoughtful when I messaged. The property was just as described—clean, tidy, stylish—everything I wanted. I’m starting a new role locally, and this was perfect for me. Looking forward to staying again soon.

Our short stay at Quayside was everything we had hoped for and more in terms of location, comfort, very clean and tidy with lovely views of the estuary from the balcony. Very convenient for all the facilities in the delightful town of Topsham. The atmosphere was very welcoming in that the host had also left us a bottle of milk and a bottle of wine, and the whole trip was a great success given this was our first booking with Air B&B. We will surely want to return soon and stay for longer.
