It is 35 m2 in size with a large living/sleeping area, a completely new kitchenette in the entrance area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a new tumble dryer and a washing machine. Cozy studio apartment in quiet residential area, close to the center, with views over Bayreuth and unique sunsets. You can walk to downtown Bayreuth in a 20-minute walk. The train station and an Aldi can be reached in about 8 minutes on foot. The Festspielhaus can be reached in about 15 minutes. A large natural park, the former grounds of the state garden show, can be reached in 10 minutes. You can park right in front of the residential complex, along the road.

The guest suite in the Stöckelkeller near Bayreuth

The Stöckelkeller is the former tavern in the village of Unternschreez near Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will be staying on 29 square meters (13 sqm of living & cooking; 11 sqm sleeping; 5 sqm bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment as we like to travel ourselves. The house is right next to the small Margrave castle Schreez.

The newly renovated, approx. 75 square meter apartment is very quietly located in Mistelgau. The built-in kitchen has a dishwasher, stove, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, coffee and Nespresso machine. The bathroom has a toilet and shower. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a foosball. A small children's room offers a place to sleep with a bed. A pull-out couch is also available. Travel cot available. Pets are welcome by arrangement for a fee.
