Laura and Michael were great hosts and super easy to communicate with. The common areas (the downstairs kitchen, laundry room, and living room) were super convenient and easy to use. The upstairs apartment was clean when and tidy when I first checked in and was incredibly welcoming and comfortable.

Mr. Hughe and Mrs. Theresa, thank you eternally for such a great experience at your home! We are eternally grateful for your hospitality. And we will definitely book a stay with you again. Not only was the property exquisite. But oh so peaceful. My wife and I were immersed in the history of the property that Mr. Hughe shared with us. This property is more than the you could ever imagine. And the pictures does not do it justice. We will stay again as often as possible. 5 Stars and above!

We had a great time. Kids loved fishing and kayaking the river. Great place to get away. Monica was a great hostess and quickly to respond left some yummy bread and quiche that was so needed after getting in late for checking and already have breakfast made. And the fresh eggs. This place was 10 outta 10 kids already want to return

A Tranquil Riverside Escape! Our stay was an absolute delight, offering the perfect blend of serenity and comfort. Nestled right on the banks of the Edisto River. The location couldn't be more picturesque. Enjoying morning coffee on the spacious deck, watching the water flow by, was truly magical. The house itself was well-equipped and thoughtfully furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the living area was cozy with comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing after a day of tubing and kayaking. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and functional. Upon arrival, the house was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. It was evident that great care is taken to ensure guests feel welcome and comfortable. It's the ideal spot for nature lovers, families, or anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. We left feeling refreshed and already planning our return! Highly recommend !!
