Ci siamo sentiti super bene a casa di Roberto. La casa è abbastanza grande, pulita e offre un giardino ampio. I proprietari sono gentili, educati, disponibili e attenti. Roberto ci ha offerto le verdure dell'orto e fatto consigli per attività e per l'area. Assolutamente raccomandabile!

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per la nostra breve gita in Umbria. Con i fantastici host Paola e Romeo ci siamo sentiti accolti come da due vecchi amici, sono persone gentilissime e ci hanno dato ottimi consigli sui posti più belli da visitare in zona! L’appartamento è molto pulito e ha una posizione strategica: è a 5 minuti di macchina dal centro di Spoleto ma si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Il grande giardino è stato molto apprezzato dalla nostra cagnolina! 🐶

O local é um charme. A casa é linda, diferente e os afrescos são muito especiais . A decoração remete à diversas naturezas de arte. Sentimo-nos mto acolhidos. Voltaríamos com certeza. A cidade fica muito bem localizada e próxima de lugares turísticos e para peregrinação.

La graziosa dependance di Roberta ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative e ha reso il nostro soggiorno più che confortevole. Roberta ci ha accolti due ore prima del previsto e, come fossimo persone di famiglia, ci ha fatto trovare una deliziosa torta di mele e una bottiglia di spumante per l’occasione del compleanno del mio compagno, di cui l’avevo messa al corrente al momento della prenotazione. Come se non bastasse, il frigo era pieno di yogurt di ogni tipo, latte e succo di frutta. In cucina c’erano molteplici varietà di tè, caffè sia in polvere che in cialda, biscotti e brioches, fette biscottate, varie tipologie di confetture. Roberta è stata carina, gentile, disponibile, affabile e il suo b&b la rispecchia appieno. Letto comodissimo, asciugamani profumatissimi, shampoo, bagnoschiuma, phon di una discreta potenza. Insomma, il luogo perfetto in cui alloggiare per visitare comodamente Spoleto e dintorni ma soprattutto per godersi del sano relax in una tenuta immersa nella natura.

Ich habe eine traumhafte Woche in dieser außergewöhnlich schönen Unterkunft verbracht. Die Wohnung ist extrem sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, teils mit wertvollen Antiquitäten. Es fehlt an nichts: die Küche ist top ausgestattet, Handtücher und Bettwäsche von hervorragender Qualität, perfektes WLAN und zwei Fernseher (Wohnbereich & Schlafzimmer). Sehr praktisch: Parkplatz direkt vor dem Eingang. Draußen kann man ungestört im Schatten oder in der Sonne sitzen – ideal zum Entspannen. Die Herzlichkeit von Laura und ihrer Familie war überwältigend. Sie waren jederzeit hilfsbereit, geduldig mit meinem nicht perfekten Italienisch, und wir haben uns wunderbar verstanden. Die Lage ist ideal, um Spoleto und viele Orte im schönen Umbrien bei Tagesausflügen zu entdecken. Ich war sehr traurig, wieder abreisen zu müssen – so schön war meine Zeit dort. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder und kann diese Unterkunft von Herzen wärmstens empfehlen, auch für längere Aufenthalte. Grazie di cuore, cara Laura!

The location of this apartment was a nice surprise since we thought we were going to be in the town of Spoleto (an error on the Airbnb website) but instead we stayed in an apartment within a historic building where we had spectacular views of the Umbrian countryside. The apartment was rustic and cozy, the views from the balcony were fantastic and the village was so quiet and serene. A nice bonus (even during the chilly autumn months) was having access to the jacuzzi located in the garden overlooking the valley. The welcome snack basket was a nice touch we certainly appreciated. The kitchen was fairly well equipped with a microwave, moka coffee maker and stove but there is no oven. There is a laundry room in the building which is accessible to guests. The house may not be suitable for people with limited mobility as there are a few flights of stairs to climb to get inside the unit and also to access the bedroom which is on a level above the living space (a loft like configuration).
