Wie der direkte Blick auf die Marienburg erschließen lässt, ist sie hervorragend für einen Ausflug dorthin geeignet. Aber auch der Bahnhof Norstemmen liegt fußläufig nur ca. 10 Minuten (700m) entfernt. Es bestehen direkte Verbindungen nach Hildesheim, Hannover und auch zum Messegelände in Hannover-Laatzen.

The house has underfloor heating and is completely barrier-free, including the showers. The location on the outskirts of town offers an unobstructed view of the surrounding hills of the Weser Uplands, the Ith and the Kanstein.

Relax with your family or friends at this harmonious place. Although we do not have a nice view, we do have a privacy-protected outdoor area with a small pool and a lounge with TV. The pool is only available during the bathing season, from about mid-May to approx. At the end of September (depending on weather conditions). Pets on request.
